During the visit the young plumber almost gave up clearing clog, then told me a larger machine would be necessary raising my cost to over $2,000. in addition to charging over $400.for this visit!! Thank goodness the senior plumber encouraged they keep working on the clog. Eventually, the clog was cleared.The visit cost me $1,200. There was terrible debris left from the clog on the floor. I was told someone would call me regarding cleanup and free camera search to confirm all was well. NEITHER HAPPENED!!!! I had someone else clean!!nNormally, I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter. We have had excellent service from many workers during a difficult time when our water main was completely blocked. Tonight, Ebram worked above and beyond and late clearing very large roots to finally allow water to flow through. He did it all with a pleasant attitude. Ronnie was prompt, friendly and efficient. After asking sufficient questions of me to assess the problem, he went directly to work cleaning out our basement sewer lines. This took him approximately 20 minutes, and it appears to have alleviated the clogged line. Additionally, he assessed that roots may have breeched an outside sewer line for which he coordinated follow-up for a camera inspection in a few days. The whole process was seamless from my call for service, through job completion. Well done.

Had 2 different plumbers from Roto Rooter come out for our issue.n1st guy was very stand offish an left nasty water all over basement floor and filled my toilet he knew wasn't working with disgusting water to the brim.nHad to call someone else for another issue before Roto could finish.n2nd employee came his name was Rob an was super friendly an got the job finished.nI was taken back at the mess left behind by first employee that started the job.

Service was scheduled quickly with plenty of date/time options to choose from. Technician arrived on time and had my drain fixed quickly. No issues since then. Price was a little higher than I hoped it would be, but what doesn't cost a few extra bucks nowadays? Totally worth it though for the quality of work and willingness to stand behind the results for 6 months. I'd go with these guys again for sure.

I felt completely taken advantage of. I had a very routine issue of a valve that needed replacement but couldn't wait because I was about to leave town. They kept rescheduling the arrival time forcing me to miss work, charged me extra because they weren't prepared with the part needed and ended up charging me over $1000 for a part that cost about $50 and less than an hour of work. Mind you, I asked the dispatcher for an estimate and they couldn't provide one and by them I saw the cost, I didn't have any other options since I had waited so long and couldn't afford to wait longer. I understand that emergency plumbing costs more but it took them so long to arrive that I would not even consider this emergency service and even so, the cost was absolutely outrageous. I submitted feedback on their website and they told me to call them and when I did they said they would call me back to get more information and then never did. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and recommend others don't as well.
