I called Goodman plumbing requesting someone come out and look at my leaking water heater, within an hour or so I received a call that the plumber were on there way. Joe and Josh went to work installing the heater. After they were done; Joe explained to me what they had done. I was pleased with the service i received. I've been dealing with Goodman's plumbing since 2007, and to date ; I have no complaints with their professional and courteous business practice. I would recommend Goodman's plumbing to all my family and friends, especially the service that Joe and Josh provided.

I thought I was going to break the bank when I was getting estimates on my drain replacement. Then here comes goodman plumbing with the best rate possible, guided me through the whole process, and set me up for a dig up. Their employees worked from morning to night and addressed the issue within a days work. They communicated all of our concerns and Derrick was very knowledgeable when it came to information regarding the job.
They were even nice enough to move our plants and flowers to the side prior to the dig up and kept the work in a controlled space. Would highly recommend to others.

A month ago, I had a clogged main drain backing up into my basement shower. It had happened twice before in about a one year span. I had it snaked, only for it to happen again. Goodman suggested the water jet drain clean. It worked! They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even called me the next day to check on me, as they could tell how anxious I was because I just had new floors installed in my basement. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I can't say enough about these guys. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They're finishing up a bathroom renovation that was long overdue. A 1950s original bathroom. Impeccable job! Jim gave me a great price to do a walk in shower. And not one of those pre-built cheap plastic things you see being advertised in the neighborhood, "shower in one day" This shower, built from scratch by some great craftsman that I never knew still existed. Joe is the master at building that shower stall. Thanks Joe! Also thank you to Brandon, Ron, Dante, Salvio, Benjamin, their drywall guy, Tommy, and of course Jim for his orchestration of this great team he has. I needed an electrician in a pinch because mine stood me up, Jim recommended Chuck, qho was here next day, so my project was uninterrupted. Also, thanks to Brian who tiled the floor and shower using wet bed method. Layered concrete, meshed for stability, then , when dried more concrete to adhere tile. This is OLD SCHOOL craftsmanship that you just don't get anymore. A true artist, not exaggerating. Im so sorry if i missed anyone, you were all professional and clean, laying down tarp, getting rid of all debris after renovation. Goodman strikes AGAIN! I've been dealing with a negligent contractor situation and I called Goodman to see if they could finish the kitchen install (faucets, disposal, dishwasher). Goodman did a great job of installing my new copper water line pipes and the rest of the equipment involved. From the early 8am start, to the rocket they sent to bring down the old water line pipes, they dug by hand and called in for an excavator machine they needed when cement was found in the dirt while digging. These new pipe lines are 3 feet down below freezing level my 63 year old pipes were not and froze for 10 days in February I was without water. They filled all 3 holes when done the work perfectly they left the lawn and all the dirt flat they filled in and covered every part of the dug up area they left no mess, no mounds, no piles of dirt. They had that flattening machine to and no way someone could fall and get hurt, even my neighbor Joan messaged me about how they did a good job. Thank you Derek, and whole team from Goodman for a job well done I am satisfied and have used your services many times before for my furnace, my central air conditioner unit, removal of tree roots a new bathtub. I recommended you to a friend Mr. Blier whom you gave a disabled veteran discount to, you installed their furnace and new central air conditioner unit he and his wife were satisfied with the job. I will use Goodman again if I need to the price of this job was the best of the estimates I got. You rock Goodman Plumbing. The team worked 9 hours non stop.

I was at home doing some plumbing on my own during the snow day. I was working with PEX and I do not have much experience with this material. I ran into a problem and could not get my connection to stop leaking. I had to shut the water off on the whole house because there was no way to shut off that single line. I was in a panic. It had just snowed 12 inches and I knew that it would be difficult to get someone to come and resolve the problem. I called Goodman Plumbing and Nick returned my call in minutes. He informed me that it was impossible for him to get out today but he would be happy to give me advice to help me find a solution. I described the problem that I was having and Nick told me how to handle it. I made a trip to Home Depot and I was able to resolve the problem. I had a leak coming from a pipe running to my outdoor faucet which was in the ceiling behind a wall in my kitchen that was spraying all over and dripping down an electrical outlet. This was after a significant winter storm and during the very cold spell we had in Philly. Zac arrived within 30 minutes of my call to Goodman. He had to make multiple cuts into the wall and ceiling and remove several kitchen cabinets in order to identify and access the source of the leak. It was in a very difficult place to reach because of the furnace vent stack and other obstacles. He explained what he was doing as he worked, and in no time had replaced the faulty section of the pipe. I was very relieved because of the electrical outlet and the damage the water was causing. I would recommend Goodman plumbing and plan to use them again for future plumbing needs.

Called them for the first time today (multiple drains clogged around the home). John and Ryan-who called to let me know they were 20 mins out), came much earlier than the 4 p.m. projected window. They were both extremely professional, polite, and even provided tips and tricks for future smaller clogs. Finally, they billed me in a very fair way for the work they did. All of the work was done in 23 minutes flat, including a thorough clean up. My drains all work and I will definitely be calling and recommended Goodman for any future plumbing needs!

What I like about this Goodman HVAC Company, is they're quick response. If it's just that comfort of calling you back letting you know that they gonna get to you as soon as they can, that's a comfort in knowing that someone's gonna take care of you..
I went 2 years dealing with another company with no heat. Not knowing when they was going to respond, how they was going to fix it spending money on top of money. Not showing up when they say they're going to show up.

I used Goodman for years. Never again. Had a burst pipe in my crawl space and called them. Was told that there was no diagnostic charge for scheduled appointments, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tech comes out and doesn't even attempt to go in, says it's too small. Mind you, I'm the same size as this guy and I've been in and out of that crawl space a million times. Then he calls his boss who says they need to send a different tech and it's going to be $180 on top of the repair. When I called to talk to the manager, I got the rudest person on the phone, berating me and basically blaming me. Not worth dealing with the aggravation of this company.
I’ve used them for everything since I purchased my home about 5 years ago, both for HVAC and Plumbing issues. they have always been great with customer service, speed and price. My pipes froze at 6am on a Sunday, so I called…obviously super busy and then I called back with a general question 2 hours later. Whoever called me back was excellent. He gave me great tips on how to handle the issue which he didn’t have to do.

I received an excellent house heater repair service today from a Goodman Plumber by name James, today February 4, 2026. He was very professional with attention to details of the job! He diagnosed the heater problem like a surgeon with precision to find the root cause and the corrective action in a few minutes. What amazed me is that he even made sure the heater comes on and off several times before leaving. He also advised me on some preventive action to take to keep the heater running smoothly!! I asked him if he was a Supervisor or Manager because of his experience and dedication. If he is not, I will definitely recommend for consideration! Goodman was absolutely fantastic. My basement flooded, and Shawn O. walked me through everything - even as I was working with a competing plumber. Everything Shawn said checked out and helped me understand what was going on. He answered all my many questions on multiple calls on his personal cellphone number, even when we were working with another plumber. As a result, we went with Goodman instead. George ended up doing the job, and he was fantastic. Their price quotes blew away the competitor too, and there was no “house call” fee. I called Goodman plumbing right before Christmas about my shut off valve for my hose. They were able to come out 4 days after christmas and get the work done right then there. They didn’t ask for a deposit either. I got my shut off valve replaced and fixed. I also asked about the shut off valve for my toilet. they were able to fix that too. The plumber did let me know they were going to have to make a hole in my basement ceiling to get to the toilet. I was bummed at first but he did offer a solution for an access panel which I am grateful for. They cleaned up all the mess and took the trash with them! All in all, I’m very happy with my results and the price and will keep Goodman Plumbing as my plumber going forward.

Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

Really happy with the work done, but they struggle to get organized and follow up with quotes. For the first job they did, we had to call multiple times to confirm prices and appointments when they said they’d reach out. Lately, we had them out to get work for HVAC stuff, and I called 4 times seeking the estimate and they just said “he’s busy and will get back to you.” I gave up and plan on going elsewhere. That said, really great work when they did show for the first job.

Mike was our Christmas Miracle. Woke up to a broken pipe in our recroom on Christmas morning. After I pumped the water out Goodman sent Mike out in a timely manner on the holiday. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My family has used Goodman Plumbing for many years, which is why I recommended them to evaluate a family member’s water heater.
Prior to their visit, I had already inspected the unit and determined that it required two heating elements and a lower thermostat. The technician confirmed the same diagnosis. However, upon completion of the repair, we were presented with a $500 bill for a job where the parts cost approximately $60.
I understand and respect charges for labor, travel, and overhead, but $500 for a straightforward repair is excessive. Based on my professional experience managing two apartment complexes and regularly replacing heating elements and thermostats, this repair should have taken no more than 45 minutes. The pricing felt unreasonable and left us feeling taken advantage of.
Had I been able to travel to Murfreesboro myself, I would have completed this repair without hesitation. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer recommend Goodman Plumbing to my family or friends.
This situation is especially disappointing given the reputation for honesty and integrity the company once had. This experience does not reflect the standards that Mr. Goodman originally built the business on.

Excellent, fast service. My main drain was clogged and I was panicking over the cost, time of year, how I was gonna get thru the day... It's always stressful trying to find someone to do work and not knowing if I'm gonna get ripped off or if they'll even do the work properly.
Goodman sent someone out within the hour. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. The price was way less than I expected and I even got a discount. I can't even put the relief I feel into words. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues from now on.

We basically had a plumbing emergency... after 2 years of snaking our pipes every now and then, I knew the whole basement drain pipe needed replacement (and I added replacing the kitchen sink drain, removing and replacing the original cast iron laundry sink and repipe the laundry, for good measure). The Goodman Team - who we work with for plumbing and HVAC, both great teams - came in and WOW they did their thing! I could go on and on about the amazing work they do, but let me make this a good review for others to make a decision. First, they handle the permits which is awesome. Second, VERY easy to get started: 50% down to get scheduled, 50% on day of completion. Third, they work FAST: first day, the basement floor was up, several severe problems exposed, plan of remediation made; Second day, new pipes in; Third day, pass inspection, concrete; Fourth day, concrete and done. Fourth, the guys are super nice, very communicative, they are EXPERTS, and if they see a problem they fix it (example: a pipe from the powder room had the wrong pitch and wasn't connected to the stack the right way, they saw it and fixed it; VERY appreciative). Lastly, and most importantly after the fact, I have peace of mind that this was done the right way and I got the best work done for the time and money. Thank you!

I initially called about fixing a toilet that kept running. The one piece toilet I had wasn't a quick fix nor is it something I could attempt to change the parts on. Zac (the plumber) showed up and had an answer for every question. He had a solution for every problem I had. He warned me before touching anything what could happen once we started touching things. Exactly what he said could happen, happened. Went to shut off the valve for the toilet, didn't work. Went to pull the toilet, the flange was completely disintegrated. Zac worked promptly and by himself. He installed a new toilet, a valve, and a new cast iron flange. I'm really happy with the entire situation and who Goodman sent out to to the job. I will be asking for zac specifically in the future as I know what I'm getting from him. 10/10, 5 stars, will call again and recommend. I do not ever leave reviews and literally went out of my way to leave this one because I think it's important for people to know they will be taken care of if Goodman sends out zac the plumber to their home.

Goodman is my go to plumber. They ran new water and sewer to my subdivided carriage house 3 years ago. A big job that was done well. Today they at no charge repaired a bad washer in the meter pit(which really was the responsibility of the water company but would have been garden to get them out timely). I appreciate them. With it getting cold now the water running down the driveway would have caused a safety hazard if I waited for the water dept. I am a realtor and often refer them to clients who have plumbing needs.

Just called these guys to get a rough estimate for some plumbing issues in a house I plan to buy. All I need is a rough estimate so I have something to show the seller, but these guys told me to take a hike. It costs them literally nothing to provide a quick estimate which would then lead me to consider hiring them when it comes time to fix the issues. Now, I wouldn't even recommend them and am here writing a negative review to express my disgust.
I know a simple Google review isn't going to stop them from being greedy, but I find this trend in our society very worrying and would definitely say think twice before using a company that treats potential customers this way.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Goodman was the only "emergency" service that actually had a human answer the phone in the middle of the night. I didn't get a tech until morning, but he was phenomenal. Zach was nice, clear and straightforward, very fastidious and detail oriented, and left us in much better shape than the house was when he arrived. Price was very fair, nothing expanded between the stated estimate and finishing.
What started as a leak in my ceiling led to the discovery that my shutoff valve was failing (it started dripping when I closed it). Zach agreed it was in a bad way. He had to break concrete on the sidewalk to dig down to the shut off box from the street to make that happen. When he went to change the inside shut off it broke off in his hand, so good thing he dug up the and didn't delay. He was here 6.5 hours and working the whole time. I now have a fixed supply line to my 2nd floor toilet (the original problem found without opening my ceiling!) and a great looking new piece of sidewalk to go with a much better shut off valve on new pipe.
Am I poorer than yesterday? Sure. But it was very reasonable for the volume of work. And this all happened on a Sunday.

We were referred to Goodman by our realtor after experiencing issues with our tankless hot water heater in our new home. When taking showers the water would not stay hot. We had another company come out originally who recommended the whole unit be replaced which was estimated to cost $8,000. We wanted a second opinion and had Goodman come take a look. Nick arrived early and did a very thorough inspection of the issue. He was able to discover that it was not the unit itself causing the issue but the shower head! He simply replaced the shower head and it’s working great now. We literally saved thousands of dollars thanks to Nick’s honesty and expertise. We are new customers for life!!!
