Tony was polite, professional, and prompt in providing us service and was the only one who could help us during the emergency. We had a frozen pipe burst that was flooding our basement. We needed to shut off the water but couldn't do it from inside the house so I put in a service request with PWD that never got submitted apparently.
After multiple calls, they finally came and told us they couldn't shut off the water without a shutoff notice or defect notice, only to issue us a defect notice minutes later. I called Tony and he came out the same day and was able to shut off the water in minutes. He is very communicative, responsive and efficient and not to mention, affordable! We had called a few different plumbers and they wanted to charge way more and we'd have to wait at least a day or two to get assistance.

We had to call for emergency service over the weekend because our water heater’s pilot light went out. Tony came out quickly, and the emergency fee was very reasonable. IFixdit plumber, Tony, responded to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday. He communicated promptly and clearly via text message. The emergency fee structure was explained and agreed upon. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order. I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ifixdit Plumbing & Drains. From the very beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected reliable, respectful, and efficient service — but unfortunately, what I got was the exact opposite.
The team arrived late, showed little regard for my time, and failed to resolve the plumbing issue properly. When I politely tried to explain my concerns, their response was dismissive and, quite frankly, rude. There was a complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service.
As a paying customer, I believe no one deserves to be treated this way. I do not feel valued or respected by this business, and I would absolutely not recommend their services to anyone looking for dependable plumbing support.
I sincerely hope Ifixdit Plumbing & Drains takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements in how they treat their clients.

I had called my water/plumbing insurance provider three times with an overflowing basement toilet. After 3 visits the problem was still not resolved and I had toilet water with feces flowing in my basement.
Today, I called IFixdit Plumbing, he answered. Tony explained how he proposed to review the problem with his terms. I agreed, and he was at my house within an hour. He reviewed the issue with probable scenarios of problem. The first recommendation was reasonable, and I agreed to the work. Within an hour the issue was resolved, with a complete written report of what he found. Tony put shoe covers on and was respectful of the property. I highly recommend this company for plumbing issues and emergencies.

Hello everyone, on 10-22 we recently had a plumbing problem that lasted until today. My daughter found a plumber and asked me to call him so I called around 3:00 p.m., and he said he would be here by 5:00 p.m or in the morning but he arrived at 6:00 p.m. he mad time and still came. He did an excellent job, ensuring the work was done correctly. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Tony, for the excellent service to our family

Tony came out after I had a clog. He had a fair price and breakdown of what he'd do. He explained in detail of what he’d try and the pricing on it. He came within the hour was careful not to make a mess and was very professional. I highly recommend him if you’ve tried everything you could or have no idea where to start. He’s truly a lifesaver and saved me a world of headache.

Tony was awesome to work with. He was easy to communicate with for scheduling and delivered great service at a reasonable rate. I had a dripping tub spout and needed a snake. He explained the fixes he was going to implement in an easy to understand way and fixed my issues the first time.

I was worried at first because I never did emergency home services at night but he came at 11 at night and did what he was supposed to and in the EXACT time he said it would take him. Very nice guy, friendly and professional. I think I found my new plumber!😀

I want to thank Anthony for fixing my issue AGAIN (different issue). How quickly he came to the rescue was amazing. I called at the right time and I called the right guy. Highly recommend! Tony came out next day to inspect our leaking garbage disposal and replaced it right away. He was very tidy and even gave us helpful tips to maintain our new disposal. We will definitely call him for any plumbing needs in the future!

We discovered a leak in our master bathroom around 8 pm last night, and reached out to IFixdit to schedule an emergency appointment. We were told they'd try to get to us today, but they could not promise. Still IFixdit kept in touch by text, fit us into an already busy schedule, and then diagnosed and fixed the issue all before 5 pm. Great work, and even better customer service!
The fact that they were able to help on such short notice is the cherry on top. I'm almost glad we had this issue because it is tough to find reliable and trustworthy people. We'll be back to IFixdit for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a leak in my basement ceiling. I called IFixdit, and Tony arrived about an hour later. He quickly figured out the issue was a leaky faucet in my kitchen sink. In no time at all he had a new faucet installed and the leak was no more. Tony was very professional and thorough. He explained very clearly what work needed to be done and what the cost would be. The work was very affordable and was performed efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We had a bad drain blockage that was causing water to flood back into the house from behind the washer. Tony went above and beyond in trying to snake the drain from multiple locations. Ultimately he told us we likely have a damaged/broken pipe that will likely require further work and gave us a recommendation to a specialist. Tony was so nice, attentive and puts the customer first! We definitely recommend his plumbing services
