Easy to schedule. Prompt, thorough, explained what was being done and cleaned up after. A bit disappointed when we pointed out some outside coil wrapping needed replacing and they quoted it would be expensive add on , something we had done before It’s like a ten minute job with maybe $25 materials .. a few zip ties and insulation. Would have been nice if that could have been dealt with without an expensive add. Also we had to supply the ladders.

Salvatore and his partner from Heritage Plumbing arrived at my home, evaluated my toilet's problem and advised me of the work needed and costs to repair. I felt it would be wiser for a complete toilet replacement and could Salvatore do the work. Salvatore said they could do the job, but needed to go back and get the new toilet - we agreed on a specific model. After a short time, they returned with the new toilet; removed the old toilet and installed the new with no issues. The guys worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. The price is what I had pretty much figured and I was glad to pay. Salvatore and his partner were great.nnOn April 7, 2026 our furnace finally died. We had contacted Heritage Home Service four days prior about the furnace problem and they sent Gavyn Hahn out to troubleshoot the problem. Gavyn did some work on the furnace and determined the problem was the induction pressure switch which he corrected. However, Gavyn informed me the fix may only temporary and he was proven correct on the 7th. Heritage ordered a new induction switch which arrived six days later. Upon receiving the new switch, Gavyn arrived around 5:45 pm to repair the furnace. After about 45 minutes, we had heat. Gavyn showed me the replaced switch and the reason why it had failed. Gavyn was very professional in his work; very affable; cleaned up after himself; explained what I was paying for; told me of the 1 year warranty on parts and labor; and stuck around for a short period of time to ascertain everything was okay and departed. My wife and I are very happy with Heritage Home Services and with Gavyn.

I just moved into a new house and didn’t know the last time my dryer vents had been cleaned. Corey and his partner came out to take a look. Luckily, the vents were clean, but he still checked each opening and I just had to pay a service call. He was very helpful, and now I feel safe that my dryer won’t catch on fire and will continue to keep it maintained.

I liked the notification that the technician was on his way to my house. The notification included a photo of Elijah, the technician, so I’d know what he looked like and I’d know his name. Elijah was very nice, personable and professional. He very clearly explained the steps to alleviating my plumbing problems. He even offered to vacuum the floor before leaving. I highly recommend this company and this young man.

We had a fantastic experience with Heritage and especially with their plumber, Macen! He was able to install three new sinks for us and did an absolutely amazing job. Heritage consistently delivers on their promise of being quick to schedule an appointment with friendly, knowledgeable technicians, and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience we had with them.

I found Elijah very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. However the pricing was much more than I had received from other plumbers so I went in another direction. I will seek a quote from them again however.

I know it was a bit of an emergency but the price was double from the other 5 I checked after. I don’t mind paying a little more for quick service but an extra $2000 is taking advantage of the consumer. The technician was fantastic.nnWish I had the time to price shop a bit more before saying yes but it was difficult while still trying to work. I run a business in Brunswick and would never take advantage of anyone like this because they were desperate.

Bob arrived within the time designated. He was pleasant, respectful of my house, and very through in the cleaning of my furnace. He. explained the process and parts that may need replacing in the future. I would highly recommend Heritage and would be happy to have Bob for service needs in the future.

Bad experience. Person who came to the house didn’t know what he was doing. He was supposed to have arranged a follow up visit with a more experienced technician, but that never happened. We still have not heard from company, several days later. We still don’t have an estimate for the work.

I had a very positive experience with Heritage Home Service. My heating system was not working as intended, and they were able to respond the same day, which I really appreciated given the urgency.nnOscar D. and another technician (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) spent close to 2.5 hours thoroughly troubleshooting the issue. They were patient, methodical, and clearly committed to identifying the root cause rather than rushing through the visit.nnWhile the issue is not yet fully resolved, I feel confident in their approach. They explained the situation clearly and will be following up with me tomorrow regarding the part needed and next steps.nnOverall, I am very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the Heritage team. We woke up to no heat on our 1st floor baseboards. Called this morning and had a technician at our place by 12. Simao was amazing! He was very efficient and did a fantastic job. He was very informative with what we needed done and what options we had.nAfter about 45mins the heat was back! Then another hour for a full cleaning and our system is back online and better than ever… Will definitely call when/if We need HVAC work again
