It absolutely was 5 star service and honest service from their technician Keith Palmer. It was my second opinion. The first opinion led me to believe It was a much larger problem and costly repair and pushed a new furnace proposal on me. Keith identified the problem and replaced the faulty part, cleaned another part up and got my furnace working for half the price the other company suggested I needed to spend for a part that had nothing to do with why my furnace wasn't working. T Mark has earned my trust and will always be my go-to for heating and cooling from now on.

Ben and Dylan did a great job on my full 200amp service replace and upgrade.
I had water damage to my breaker box and they had to replace everything and bring me up to latest TOT Code.
The work looked very clean and precise and they took the time to explain what they did and why and made sure I knew where cutoffs were and how to use them.
My only snag was the confusion of me paying the invoice instead of insurance paying T-Mark directly which the former is common and more a miscue from my Insurance Rep than a mark against T-Mark, it just caught me off guard.
Joe who was the Project Manager and came out to quote the work was also professional and patient with me and did what he could to give me the best deal for the work.
Most importantly, they made themselves available within hours of me calling while my house was without power which was highly appreciated.
Overall, very satisfied with my experience. Would recommend.

I was so glad to have found such a knowledgeable, friendly repairperson. I would highly trust them for quality work and my bill was totally reasonable. I recommend T-Mark for any furnace worries. I'll definitely be calling them in the spring for my a/c tune up.

Called yesterday afternoon and an immediate appointment was scheduled for me this morning. Dylan called to let me know he was on his way. Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.

Excellent service. My furnace had a gas leak. I called in the morning and I had an appointment within a couple of hours. Mark called and said he was on his way. I had enough time to get home from work. A picture of Mark was emailed to me so I knew he worked for T mark. Mark explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. Nice serviceman, but I don’t think he had the experience to fix the problem. After he left, I checked to make sure toilet was still draining & it was not. Called different plumbing company & they stated that it was the sewer line causing the problem.
Update to my review. Great customer service from T-Mark. They called me & refunded my payment.

I had Nick Dypka come over to take a look at my fridge and stove that were zapping us when touched at the same time. I cannot say enough about how Nick did everything he could with attention to detail and real care to help us solve this issue. Technician Joe Diaz came to our house to see if our drain tile needed to be flushed out.
Sump pump was working fine but it had been years since it had been done. Joe checked it out and nothing needed to be done. No charge. Are you kidding me! I fully expected to pay at least $75 just to have him walk in the door. What an honest guy. I have used T-Mark for plumbing and furnace work and have always been satisfied. I will continue to recommend them to friends. Thank you Joe!
