(April 21, 2026) Tech is skillful, but job only needed 10 mins to change restroom sink P trap, cost $600.n(May 3, 2026) I emailed their manager Pat twice, I have received no response at all, so, I would not put my trust they will follow up this review. I further lower their star to only 1 star. My review has no change, their service charge can be expensive.

I hired them for commercial air gap. I asked them before they did the job how much it will cost approximately and they did not tell me how much it will cost. They charged $485/hour only for labor! I realized how much I am being charged after they completed the job. I was shocked and I cannot say any thing because they already did the job. Highly dissatisfied due to unclear communication and a total ripoff! On top of that they overcharged me for materials they bought. I asked them for a receipt but they said they do not have it! I had to pay blindly for what they asked! Will never use them again!

We had a completely clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday evening which disrupted our dinner plans. I tried unclogging it myself to no avail so we called Roto-Rooter. They sent someone out first thing Sunday morning. The plumber named Sai was personable and kept us informed of what he was doing. It was a tough clog, but after persevering for over two hours, finally sucesss! Our drain was draining again and our Sunday lunch and dinner plans were back in action as we could use our kitchen sink again. Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Sai.

I hired Roto-Rooter for a project that included replacing my sink faucet, unclogging a drain, replacing my shower head (which they forgot to install a piece of), replacing my tub faucet, and changing a valve under my sink. The valve replacement alone was an extra $200, and the total cost was around $1,700—even with a discount. I originally assumed the work could be completed in one day, but it ended up scheduled over two days.nnThe project was supposed to include changing the tub/shower handle, but they said it would require opening the wall, which I was fine with, though that would have added another $500.nnThe first day, they gave me a 5–7 PM window but called early to say they could come sooner. I adjusted my schedule, but when I arrived home, the technician had already been sent elsewhere. He finally arrived around 9 PM and stayed until 11:30, attempting to use a power saw despite my concerns about noise and neighbors. He promised to return the next business day to finish the job but did not show up as scheduled. After multiple delays and having to track him down, I lost confidence and had to hire someone else.nnThe service was extremely expensive, disorganized, and disrespectful of my time. I would caution others.

My downstairs tenant bathroom started to flood after he flushed the toilet. Could not get my regular sewer cleaners. Called Roto-rooter. Thought it was tree roots. While he was delayed. The plumber was supposed to reem out my main sewer pipe. I agreed to estimate to clean both the house side and street side of the sewer. He changed the signed agreement i signed to start the work. He wrote up a new invoice after cleaning the blockage to charge for 5 hour service but was only there for an hour. Said he couldn't unscrew the clean out. Came back from his truck with three tiny wrenches claiming he didn't have the right tools to open it. Didn't reem out the main which I agreed to have done with first estimate.
