I called M&A when my furnace broke on a very cold day. They arrived within 1 hour. Dan and his team consistently worked to replace my combination furnace and hot water tank. I appreciate the dedication that they took. I also appreciate the constant communication, I spoke with the office via voice calls and text. They even make payment easy by allowing payment via a secure link. I have tried many plumbers over the years, but going forward, M&A will be the company that I call.

Had an issue with my boiler where it wouldn’t start up. Dan is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose what the problem was through a fast process of elimination. He got the parts, made the changes, and fixed all the wiring so that it was more organized in a relatively fast order. The pricing was fair as well. Will be my first call for any future issues.

The extended cold spell caused frozen pipes, a busted water meter and kitchen sink issues. DAN and his team (Anderson, Alex, Fernando) went above & beyond what was agreed upon and it was all fairly priced. We had the best experience working with Dan. We needed a water heater replaced during the freezing patch of weather and, even though Dan’s schedule was full for the next day, he somehow made time to replace our water heater that day since he knew how urgent the request was. Our setup was complicated but he immediately found a solution for the new installation that was much more reasonably priced than other groups who had taken a look. He got the job done so quickly and his office was very easy to work with. Additionally, we really appreciated that he explained everything to us in layman’s terms so we could fully understand the complicated setup and the solution. We would 100% recommend his services.

Dan and this team were fantastic! Recently had our first child and i came into to our basement to be surprised by a puddle of water growing and realizing our water heater had failed. Dan is the man! Him and his team were great to work with, they were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We've used M&A multiple times but this latest project was a very big one and they delivered on all fronts. We had them create a water hookup and appliance plug into our apartment which so that we can install a washer and dryer. They did great work and were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and heating needs if you want it done right!

Amazing service - highly recommend. Called at 9:30p at night bc of clogged kitchen drain causing a leak. He talked me through some possibilities, especially being in a apt building. He was at my door 12hr later in the morning. He quickly checked all was now working (clog had resolved itself overnight) and tested to be sure. Very helpful and efficient.

Had a great experience working with M&A. In addition to doing a very professional job, and finishing it within the time they promised, they were super fair and transparent. Dan and Sherry are great, and all their employees were just as kind and friendly, and very courteous in cleaning up after their work. They also did a little extra work for us (fixing holes in our walls), at no additional cost. Plus Dan has a great, problem-solving mentality. Another plumber told us he couldn’t do what we were asking, but Dan made it happen. And they weren’t pushy about anything. I plan to use them again!

I never post reviews, and I hate calling repairmen over because so many try to rip off homeowners. Had water coming in from the kitchen ceiling right below my bathtub in the floor above. Water was coming in near a recessed light. Assumed the worst, and I figured I was out of my depth to fix this myself with a spouse and young child who needed to shower. Bit the bullet. Called M&A at 630am, and Dan showed up a few hours later. He took down the light and spent a half hour running some tests, and he logically ruled out any major issues. The water was receding even though we were turning on the water at full volume. He reasoned that water got into a seam between the tub and floor since there was no new water leaking. Said to leave the hole for the light open to air and keep monitoring. He didn't want any money for the service call even after I offered. I appreciated the logical approach, and I appreciated his decency even more. Many others would have taken advantage of the situation. I will be calling him for future work.

I’ve use this company for 2 full bathroom renovations and various emergency fixes in the last year. They are coming back soon when they’re not busy to do new lighting work in our house.
