I have been renting the same house for about 3-4 years (normally a college rental) and Clinton Plumbing and Heating has been my landlords go to for many years. Since I've been here they have come out at least 4 times if not more and have been fantastic each time. More recently, Jason and David have come to fix the plumbing with my washer. They were incredibly knowledgeable, could easily explain to me and my landlord what the problem was, and really made sure the problem was fixed. Jason specifically has been to my house multiple times and has been so great that we keep calling. Every job/problem he has come out to has been handled professionally and, to me, feels like he goes above and beyond to make sure what needs to be done is handled. They have been my landlords go-to for years and when I finally get a place of my own, they will be who I call as well.
A few days before Xmas we called Clinton Plumbing to come out to install a new double vanity in our master bathroom. We said it was not an emergency call. The plumber came and told us that the pipes would have to be moved. He said that the cost to install the vanity without any problems, it would cost $1700. He was at my house for less than an half an hour and charged us over $150 just to come out. We weren’t told that we would be invoiced. Clinton Plumbing is a ripoff. We found a plumber that moved a couple of pipes and installed the vanity for $800. We will never call Clinton Plumbing again.

These guys are awesome!! Over the last three years we’ve used Clinton Plumbing quite a bit, and every time the service men are kind, quick, and professional. I’m terrible with names, but Rick (Ricardo) has been here so much the last 6 months he feels like family! Rick and the rest of the guys are as sweet as they are professional. From fixing leaky pipes and installing new sinks, replacing broken shut off valves, refilling the freon when our AC stopped working during a heatwave, and most recently replaced our hot water heater right as the fall chill began; these guys always show up the same day or next & get the job done! I can’t say enough good things about all the guys who have come out to our condo, and my family appreciates the consistent pleasant demeanor & professionalism each and every time. If you want quality work that feels like family, please call Clinton plumbing ! :)

Exceeded my expectations for sure... recently purchased a home in Trenton and unfortunately I did not have a Plumber come out and inspect my home during the buying process. Nonetheless, after about 4 months of living in the home, I noticed my kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t fix itself after using the store brought plunger. I went to the BBB website to find a reputable company and Clinton Plumbing was at the top of the list so I gave them a call. Within an hour after speaking to Abby, two technicians were at my home . Turned out my sewer line was clogged and and needed to be cleared in order for the sink to work properly. They showed me how backed up it was and they even pulled tree roots out of the line (somehow my air filter was underground)... I couldn’t believe it. Smh, they called the owner Peter to come out and have a look at it before they began officially working on it. He came within an hour and did an assessment. He walked me through the whole thing. After everything, he sent me an invoice with two different options I could choose from to fix the issues. He even gave me a recommendation to fix the entire issue permanently. I was so appreciative. After speaking it over with my fiancé, we decided on what would work best for us be let them know our plan. And they got right on it. So happy I went with this place.... if your in doubt or first home owners, I definitely recommend this company. They walk you through the process, follow through with their work and don’t take advantage of you with prices; they even helped me out. Thank you so much Peter and your staff! I truly appreciate it!

They are fine if you need something absolutely routine done. For instance they come to service our furnace roughly yearly. They are nice and seem to do this well (my only measurement is that the furnace hasn't died). But they have come to do a couple of non-standard things and those didn't go as well. One time in particular they were very frustrating... I bought a "smart thermostat" to install, but in order to do so I need to install a common wire. I bought the expansion pack which makes this possible, but to install the wire one needs to open up the furnace power supply. I didn't feel comfortable doing this, so I called CPH to help. When the service guy arrived he told me that the thermostat "was incompatible" with my furnace, an common wire would need to be installed. When I told him that's why I called, and them gave him the expansion pack plus information for installing it, he refused to even read the information and kept saying "it's incompatible, you need to install a common wire"; he clearly didn't want to try to do this work. He then suggested telling his company that it wasn't compatible and I wouldn't get charged. Low and behold in 2 weeks I got a bill for $100. When I called and explained the situation the lady said that since the service man had come to my house, the bill stands. I am in a rental house, and this company has a relationship with my landlord, so I'm between a rock and a hard place and had to pay it. But I will not call this company on my own, and I would advice against anyone using them unless what you need is absolutely routine.

Horrible company, poor communication, poor service quality, techs don’t know what they are doing, rude receptionist, manager turns blind eyes on his techs mess ups, billing is unreachable and unresponsive, techs don’t care about clients staff, leave mess after themselves, poor customer service overall, very disorganized. Stay away from this company.

Very unprofessional. Came out to do a major job and the minute I left so did they. I came back in 20 min and they were gone. I called the office and they apologized and were very nice on the phone. When I called them again to come out to look at a leak in the bathroom, they diagnosed the problem and said they couldn't do in that day, but would call me to schedule an appointment. They never called. I had to call someone else. Also more expensive than the one I had to call.
