UPDATE 2: I have to be honest, when it came to simple issues like clearing my drain or swapping out a tub plug - he performed. But on both occasions my major issue on tub overflow was never corrected and I mentioned it each time and asked him to test both times, and I trusted that he did. But I am still having my tub overflow into the room below, the overflow cover and piping are not working correctly - this is after having him cut into my wall and install a panel SPECIFICALLY to correct this issue. I will have to move onto another plumber. Great service! We called because our basement was flooding with sewage after a heavy storm, and they had a plumber at our house within half an hour. He was thorough and fairly communicative, and managed to forcibly eject both a ball and a tree root that were causing the blockages, saving us a much more expensive repair. I really don’t know what we would have done otherwise; I’m very happy with the service we received. While it was not cheap, they were very upfront about their prices and did not upcharge us even though the blockage was more intense than initially assumed, which I respect and appreciate, and I feel that we got excellent service for our money. Our plumber also was helpful in mentioning potential future repairs that would benefit our home, and estimating prices. I will be recommending District Capital Services to any of my friends who need plumbing, emergency or otherwise!

I reached out to District Capital Services to assist with a broken shower knob which was stripped. Unfortunately, we had to turn the water off to the home because the knob was stripped so badly. Fantastic work. Replacing my faucet was not easy because my vanity was small and the lines were not accessible but the plumber was very patient about it. They serviced my 95yr old Grandmother's home after her main pipe burst. Not only did they give me a fare estimate, they were able to answer all my questions and ease my mind as I was concerned and never been in this situation before. They told me the work would take 3 days, but the pipe was replaced and finished the same day they started. They arrived when they said they would and called/text in advance to say they were on the way. Not to mention when they came to refill the hole after replacing the pipe, they pulled some weeds and edged up her walkway. I could not ask for anything more and Granny is more happy about that weed pulling then she is about having water.
