Really good experience with Washington DC Plumbing. I had an issue at the house that started off small, just a slow drain and some water sitting where it shouldn’t, but it got annoying fast. I called them and they were easy to talk to, which I appreciated because I didn’t want a whole sales pitch. Just needed someone to come out, look at it properly, and tell me what was going on.nnThe plumber who showed up was calm, respectful, and knew his way around the problem. He checked everything, explained it in normal words, and got to work without making it into some huge dramatic thing. He was careful inside the house too, which matters. Didn’t track dirt everywhere, didn’t leave tools all over, didn’t rush in and out like he was trying to beat a timer. Just handled it the way you hope someone would when they’re working in your home.nnBy the time he was done, everything was working the way it should and the area was cleaned up. The price felt fair, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into something I didn’t need. That alone made the experience better than a lot of service calls I’ve had before. I was happy with the work and would definitely call them again.
