Saved us from a very dangerous situation. The kitchen sink was overflowing dirty water everywhere. We need someone to fix it ASAP. Within 2 hour they fixed our issue.

I called at 3am because my bathtub faucet had a severe leak. They were able to send someone over 5 to 6 hours later. It truly is 24 hour service.

The guy who showed up very late tried to fleece me out of $500 when the office said is was a $150 call out fee then I’d be told what the cost is, for me to choose if I want to continue, the. Once work done the callout fee waived. The call out fee was because I ‘got him out of bed.’nI told the plumber I’m not paying $500 and he said not to listen to the office.nHe then said I hadn’t paid, which I had and had proof of via Zelle.nThe guy also tried to sell me a new toilet amongst other things.nHe was not professional, pushy and trying to con us. I reported it to the office.

The technician was unprofessional & not that experienced but i liked that he worked hard on problem for over an hour. The clogged drain was much improved after he was done, but I think the problem still exists to a lesser extent but I won't call them back

I’m still waiting for the plumber so this is in anticipation that he comes relatively soon and my sink is fixed satisfactorily. I called at 7am in hopes that my bathroom sink could be fixed well before I had to be at work at 4pm. When the company called back at 8:30 I was told that they would have someone here within the hour. Imagine my elation. I cleared out the cabinet under the sink so they would have space to work and got to waiting. Around 10 the plumber called and said he had just arrived to the city and asked what time I had to be at work. I told him I work at 4 but my preference is to have this done as quickly as possible. He said he would be here before two. I was disappointed because it was a far cry from the 9:30 I was expecting but still workable. He asked that I take a picture so he could find the proper part. My phone was full so I ran to target to get a flash drive. When I got home at 11:45 he called and said he would be to me in about half an hour. I cleared space from the phone and was finally able to take the picture at 12:15. Around 1:10 I asked his ETA and was told about half an hour . It’s currently 2:10 and he still isn’t here. I just wish I had been given an accurate time estimate at any point of this experience. I need to leave for work in an hour and there’s no guarantee that the sink will be fixed by then or even that he’ll actually be here by then. I’m a bit frustrated. So he finally came. At 3:00 and it only cost me $900 to replace the pipes and wait all day to be late for work. The technician who came was very nice. I’m just very frustrated and very late even though I woke up very early to avoid exactly this. I guess I should have called earlier

I only called for an estimate to change out an old stove for a new one, had all the equipment delivered with the new stove. All I needed was a licensed plumber to disconnect the old gas pipe and put a new one on the new stove. All other quotes were in the range of $175 to $225 from several different competitors. Their quote, $450! I promptly said no thanks and hung up. Shop around and get quotes to find out industry standard pricing. No service was provided by this company and I am not commenting on their service, just a ridiculous pricing issue.

They were on time and super professional, and came out to repair my kitchen sink during the snow storm. They follow the COVID 19 guidelines and I felt super safe. Don't Waste your time I call 8:15 am and made a service appointment they said they gonna send some one out between 11am and 1pm after I agree to the service charge. when I call back at 12:20pm to make sure they come to do the service they said no.the only way they going to come out is if I make a payment of $150 before they can send someone out I said I will pay when the plumber is on location They insisted I pay first .PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

Pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to stay on. 24/7 said they’d send over a guy in an hour — and they kept their word. One hour. Boris figured out the problem and fixed it for us. (Clogged thermocouple.) You never want a boiler emergency on a cold night but if it happens, you want a shop like 24/7 to help you out. Many thanks to Boris and the whole team over there.

We are sorry for misunderstanding. The dispatcher said he will call you right back cause there were multiple calls at the same time.
These guys were fast and efficient. The plumber showed up on Cinco de Mayo at 8pm with an hour's notice and cleared my impossible kitchen-sink clog in minutes. Would definitely use their service again. Highly recommended.

Excellent amazing fantastic service. I'm sooooo happy. I had other plumbers come and they couldn't fix my drain. He was here 15--20 mins and got it done. He arrived early and I wasn't home yet and he waited for me with no problem or complaint. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend. After trying several other providers late Saturday night, the guys at 24/7 manhattan Plumbing NYC returned our call within minutes and were on site 90 minutes later. This was a fairly complicated issue and the technician they sent turned out to be both skilled and persistent in resolving the problem.
