I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink on the weekend and was freaking out about the possible emergency expense. I called Len the Plumber, and they sent over Tre very quickly. He discovered the problem right away, and luckily, it wasn't too serious. Tre was friendly and professional and did the job at a VERY reasonable cost. I was very impressed and will definitely utilize this company in the future if another problem arises.

Our bathroom sink faucet etc. needed repair. Called your service number, the service man would come between 11:00 an 2:00. He came before 11:00, very prompt. He assessed our needs, suggested two types of faucets. We chose one which he had on the truck.
Told us the price of service. Very satisfied, and his work began.
Worked about 1 1/2 hours.
Had friendly conversation as we signed the charge papers. He gave us 4 bills and we had trouble figuring which one we were paying. Would have been easier if only paper was used.
We would use Len The Plumber, and recommend your company to our friends.
Our service man was Kraig.

My plumber, Joseph Allen, was thorough, quick, and thoughtful in his service. I had a leak under my sink and he just had to tighten my pipe. My only complaint was that it was $309 just to tighten it, which I thought was pretty high

Our plumber Brandon was great. He was personable, knowledgeable and punctual. He clearly explained what the problem could be, how it would be diagnosed and repaired. His time estimates were accurate as well. He even cleaned up after the work was finished. Lastly, he was kind enough to document his findings so i could send a report to my home warranty company and hopefully recoupe some money .

Yes, LTP is a little pricey BUT every time I have used them, the job was diagnosed and repaired the same day or within 24 hours. Just for comparison, my current home warranty company has been "working" on my toilet for a few weeks, my hot water heater for 5 weeks and house air conditioning for 14 months . Brandon had the toilet fixed in about 20 minutes and he had the necessary parts stocked on his truck. Tankless Hot water replaced next day (at my request).

You definitely get what you pay for.
Great service, stocked trucks, friendly employees and work done the same day- priceless !!! Thank you !

Tyrone did an excellent job assessing the situation and telling me the cost to repair, at $158 as an estimate. Then went to work efficiently and effectively. Very professional, however at the end of service he did not tell me the price changed to $701 for a $6 part, shutoff valve for my refrigerator water system in the wall. He just made the charge and left. They make you sign upfront and then attach your signature to the final charge. Very, very misleading. When I reviewed the invoice I saw the huge increase. I called and spoke to the supervisor who said he would review the charge and get back to me, possibly reducing it. He never did. Very disappointing.

Had to get the main shit off valve replaced, along with a delta shower faucet (a ball assembly which I hate). The service was courteous and high quality. The Technician was accommodating and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no problem with the service itself, it was great. Houston did an excellent and fast job.

I wish I could have replaced the shower ball faucet and gaskets. That wound up being an extra $500 I didn’t need to spend. Then the price would have been more reasonable.

I’d still recommend the company and service to anyone who is not a plumber or doesn’t have plumbing skills.

Matthew arrived on time and checked both the exterior and interior units and found that the previous person last spring had not cleaned the interior unit and it was disgusting.
