I had another company come and install a sump pump. I call them to come back out as there was a problem. They wanted to charge me another $125 just to come out. I wasn't happy. I called AP Plumbing. They came out and fixed the problem. I was so thankful.

I was asked to provide my card information just to book an appointment, which I was uncomfortable with. There was also a note in their system to contact me before performing any services at my place of business, but that did not happen. I was then charged more than the agreed service cost. I’m currently still trying to resolve this and get my money refunded. Very disappointed with this experience.

Had ap plumbing come to take a look at a leaky valve and pipe under my kitchen sink. Kevin from AP plumbing showed up on time and ready to take a look at the issue I was having. Upon investigation, Kevin had found the issue and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to fix it. During the time that Kevin was at my residence, he was very helpful on informing me of what had to be done to fix the problem and also other things to look for if there are any further issues with other areas. Kevin was also very knowledgeable and informative of the best products to use for home renovations for the future. For projects that I'm looking to do. The price was very reasonable and affordable for what was completed. I would recommend using AP plumbing to anyone and ask for Kevin if doing so.

John Nipper was the only plumber out of 4 or 5 we've had at our house at different times due to clogs that could scope our pipe out to the road. It was good to know what was actually going on with the pipe, that we were already planning on replacing. He was also able to tell which direction the pipe was going so we knew what we were getting ourselves into before we had our work done with AP. We were scheduled quick. The job was quick and everything seems good. Customer service was great.

The whole process was made very easy, with excellent quality work. I had two sinks with old leaky faucets and out-of-code traps, plus needing to install water shutoffs for one. All of this was taken care of within a couple hours, with complete transparency for what needed doing.

While I could go into a story about the wait time for service, I won't. My tech was friendly & professional. He explained his plan & steps he was going to take to resolve the problemnHis attitude & work ethic more than made up for the late arrival for service. Sometimes there's a reason why a service company is busy. They provide the end result ! Which is a happy customer at the end of the day.

They dispatched 2 individuals to take a look at a water leak that was caused by a bursted water pipe on my property. They charged me $650 just to put a hole in my ceiling—this fee doesn't even go towards the actual repair work. Additionally, they didn't even finish their diagnostic and review and advised I work with a general contractor to make some repairs first.nnI ended up getting a second opinion from another notable plumbing company who didn't try to price gouge me, and gave more solid answers and a reasonable estimate and timeframe for the repair work. I would not recommend this company at all.

I contacted AP this morning after an unpleasant experience with OCWA. Jason took time to explain to me the possible issues with high water usage (23K gallons in a month as reported by OCWA) He was patient and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I should know where the issue is. He has amazing service and people skills. I would recommend this local company for all of your plumbing needs.

Kevin Sullivan and his apprentice came and did amazing work, had to get into a crawlspace, which had 3 cats hiding in it I didn't know about, and were able to repair my burst water pipes. Highly recommend them to anyone one.
