I'm so happy with the work they did. They worked as a team and showed great pride in a job well done. That's something you don't see every day and yes I was watching them work. They were able to pickup and move the block of sidewalk without breaking it and put it back in one piece which saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much, you guys rock! I have a documented drain problem. They have been to my house MANY TIMES. When the utility sink drain clogged AGAIN, I called Thursday for Monday morning. I specifically told them to come with a snake. I had a 4 hour appointment window. The technician arrived 30 minutes after my allotted window. As soon as he looked over the situation he realized his snake was way too short. I had to reschedule for the next morning with another technician! So, I lost a whole morning of income and probably will lose a second morning as well!
At least the original technician was honest, he didn't charge me for something that wasn't going to resolve the problem for long.

Once again, the utility sink is backing up. Ugh! Nick gave it his ALL. Still clogged. So...now I have to turn off the kitchen water and go to a laundromat until 7/16 to allow the water in the pipe to slowly drain. Tuesday the clog will be "blasted." Last resort, pipe replacement.
On the upside, Nick is very pleasant to work with, timely, and really tries.

Wow! New problem with old house. I'm replacing my kitchen floor. Great, but the gas stove gas line is too short to pull up the old flooring and replace it with new. Yep, once again I needed a service call. Carlos was very professional, assessed the problem immediately, and installed a 5' gas line enabling the floor guy to get behind and under the stove. I'm really happy! I called and was able to schedule next morning service.

Nick was VERY pleasant to work with. During his visit our 67 year old plumbing presented many challenging hurdles to overcome, but Nick handled each of them with ease and grace. We actually had two Plumbers work on our Bathroom sink drain.
Julian came the first day to unstop the drain, and worked very hard trying to access the drain to no avail, and he quoted me a price for the repair that he said, “included a drain specialist that BIGGER tools than the ones he had on his truck, and the job if he couldn’t reach the clog the Drain Specialist would be called in to finish the job.
This is where you Lost some stars. We were led to believe that the estimate we had been given would cover the entire process, “at NO extra charge.” Julian and I worked on the drain pip for hours, until Julian finally called in the DRAIN GUY.
Here’s where I think things went sideways. It wasn’t the repair MEN that I’d blame, it’s your process. When I called to schedule a plumber The lady on the phone asked me why I was calling, and I told her it was a “bathroom drain”. I feel you should reverse this process and send the drain specialist first, or equipped all your plumbers with the exact same equipment. There is nothing wrong with the plumbing under our bathroom sink, but in the process, it was totally destroyed, causing us to pay almost triple what we were quoted, Because all of the Mengal parts needed to be replaced. Nick you’re hard to get the price reduced,, And for that, we’re truly grateful, but four or five stars, just because of the guys you have working for you.

I was very surprised and disappointed at the cost for what was once a simple service, clearing a drain. The cost for service nearly quintupled over the past several years to $483. This is not worth it, I can rent a machine for approximately $100 and perform this service myself, which I was hoping to avoid by utilizing you guys.

The technician Shaun was friendly and helpful. He explained the work needed to repair 2 sets of valves then install 2 new faucets. He answered all my questions even when he was working. Shaun showed up well within the stated 4 hour window. He took his time to complete the job. The telephone customer service personnel was also courteous and answered all my questions. I would use Benjamin Franklin plumbing and technician plumber Shaun again as needed.

Carlos was punctual, communicative, and honest. His experienced paid off when he assessed the situation with sink although a lot of the pipes were not visible. He had perfectly assessed the situation so I did not have any bad surprises.
Their office was also extremely helpful when assisting with the paperwork for my condo.

Expertly and quickly Replaced the HotShot water dispenser in the kitchen, inspected all our bathrooms and our water softener system. Increased flow in many of the pouts by cleaning out the mineral deposits.
