I'm doing a largely self led kitchen renovation and came across a mystery pipe that needed some identification and relocation. I called Benoure on the recommendation of a friend and they had someone out within a day who ended up taking care of the job on the spot. I am rarely floored the way I was with Benjamins level of service, kindness about my completely destroyed home, and his ability to take what I thought was a monolith of a problem and fix it in an hour and a half. They've taken care of maintenance and repairs on my boiler and water heater for all 5 years I've lived at my house; they're prompt, communicate well and make reasonable recommendations.

This past year I had them replace all three heat pumps and two condensors for the A/C; they showed up on time with a decent size crew that knocked the job out in four hours. Can't recommend them enough.

Two months ago, the hot water heater stopped working so I called. I was scheduled out 2 months, which is my experience with any appointment based services post 2020 so I'm accepting of that (I may have been more upset if it were winter). Crystal and Tim were professional and efficient. Clear communication about expectations, appointment time, and cost the entire time. Tim was immediately able to diagnose and correct the problem in about an hour. Happy with how this went and happy to have hot water again. Thank you!!

How would I describe this company? Trustworthy. Dependable. Conscientious.
When my boiler started to leak, Tim came right out and patiently took the time to explain to me what was happening and answered every question that I had. A part needed to be ordered, and Crystal called me to keep me updated on the part. She then promptly called me to schedule installation for the part. I appreciate being kept “in the loop!”

I really do appreciate this company — from Grace answering the phone, to Tim making sure that the system was up and running!
Grace had a calming voice on the phone when I was tongue tied — she has fabulous customer skills! And she took the time to call to let me know when Tim was on his way.
And once again, Tim is dedicated to doing the job and making sure that it is done right! When the job was completed, he took the time to explain it to me, answered every question that I had, and put my mind at ease.
Honestly — I have to give this company a 5-star rating! They all sincerely “care!”

Tim and Ben are dedicated and thorough professionals. When there was an issue with a part, they made sure to finish before they left in order for us to have heat.
They were both considerate and took the time to explain what was happening with the boiler.

Excellent service! We needed a clothes washer valve replaced. Tech Benjamin arrived early and replaced the cold-water valve. He recommended replacing the hot-water valve as well, since both were over 20 years old. He did the job quickly and efficiently. The cost was much less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use Benoure again for additional work we need in our home.

Huge, scary water leak in my basement. Had difficulty finding anyone to assist at short notice - lifesavers. Have to update my original review to thank Benoure, Crystal and Tim for fitting me in at short notice to deal with the emergency. They were both so pleasant to work with, and I appreciate you both!

The fan/air circulation system in my tenant's apartment hasn't worked properly for almost 3 years, and is definitely off the beaten path in terms of commonly-seen brands for this area. After weeks of calls to local companies telling me they weren't interested in coming to diagnose a fancy brand they'd never heard of, Tim from Benoure showed up this morning and got to work. While he hit a few snags along the way (mysterious lack of power, no user's manual, faulty control panel wiring, calls to the brand's tech support and several other hurdles), he kept plugging away using only his ingenuity and the parts he already had in his truck. After only two hours he had this troublesome system (which has been the bane of my existence for a very long time) purring like a kitten once again. The relief I'm currently feeling will be matched only by the pleasure I take in finally being able to tell my tenant the ordeal is over when she gets home tonight. If it isn't already obvious, I am beyond pleased with Tim and Benoure - and highly recommend their services!

My hot water tank was leaking. When I called I told Crystal it wasn't an emergency and there was no need to hurry. it was leaking about a drop per second and was located in the basement close to a cellar drain. The Service Tech. Timbo arrived with in a few hours, turned out after his evaluation to be unrepairable. While Timbo was here we made a plan to remove the tank heater and utilize the "on demand" hot water heater located on the furnace. The following day Timbo arrived as planned and the transformation from tank to tankless went off with out a hitch.
Great experience from start to finish dealing with these folks. They all work together as a team getting the materials and performing the work. Timbo was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. My wife and I were very happy with Timbo, Nick and the whole Benoure Team!

I would like to share my experience and it was great one!! I had phantom water leak in my basement boiler room. I called in for a service call with Benoure plumbing and Jeff answered, I briefly told him about it. Jeff stated we will come out and take a look. One person came out and I missed them somehow, so I kept waiitng, later in the day around 3 pm on a Friday, I called back for a follow up, to ask when will someone be here, Jeff stated my guy was there an hour ago. Which I must of missed him somehow, Jeff stated I will have someone there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes Jarret shows up, I told him about my issue and showed him what I been trying to find for the last four hours. It was in the most strange odd place, which was above my hvac duct work in a boiler room. I located the possible leak but could not tell how or where it was leaking from. Super strange situation and very uncommon Jarret from Benoure was very curious how or what was happening. He climbed up and layed down across my duct work. This was the only access point to lovate the leak. He pushed his finger on the elbow and boom water started squarting out. When not pressed it was leaking droplets, when pressure applied it was leaking very badly. This was my hot water line, menaing anytime water was being used it was leaking. This was happening for some time but I never noticed until today. Jarret took pictures and showed it to me and it was one of those one in a million type issues. He vent to his van grabbed parts and stated I have to do this once and do it right, just due to location of it. He climbed back up and made an easy repair fix. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. If you need something always ask for Jarret to be your tech. It was great experience and I would recommend anyone to use him. I had great Friday and got lucky for quick service call for the repairs. Thank you again guys!!

Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. Tim and Ben are both very professional and knowledgeable, I had Tim 1st come to check on a leak I had on the ceiling of my kitchen directly above is my upstairs bathroom, he did a thorough investigation and checked on my plumbing had some suggestions on old plumbing we had on our over 100 year old home we then scheduled a second visit, when he came back with Ben to upgrade and re run the plumbing in the bathroom (we had exposed copper pipes) that I wanted to be behind the walls, as well as he re sealed the shower drain and toilet downstairs that was leaking he gave us different options on what to do, everything looks excellent, and is not longer leaking, we then have them coming back to install new vanity and shower hardware once new tiles are installed! I would recommend Tim and Ben from Benoure to anyone and everyone

Steve Fisher came out to service my furnace. In the 5 years that I have had this boiler, I have needed to use my wood stove as supplemental heat when the temperature drops below 30. I asked him if the furnace was a good one, and he said yes, let me look at it. I appreciate a service person/company who isn’t trying to scam people into purchasing things they don’t need! Benoure replaced my old gas heater and boiler. They were extremely helpful, especially Rick, and very responsive. Everything I needed was explained to me and they even managed to get me a much sooner appointment than I was originally told. The work was completed on time and was incredibly thorough. I’m extremely happy I chose them to do this work.

Steve and Jon (technicians) were polite, knowledgeable and professional. And Karen (office staff) was as polite and professional. As a veteran who is also disabled, I appreciate that they were efficient and helpful in keeping me in my home even without the heating up and running. They let me borrow some fantastic electric heaters that kept me and my dogs warm and safe. Thank you again all of you for your help!
