We had flood in the basement that ultimately was caused by a failed septic system. BP was extremely responsive - they came out the next day and diagnosed the problem, and eventually did the whole new system installation. They are honest, did great work and at a great price. A great company to deal with!
I would highly recommend. They got someone out to our house fast and they were very courteous and fixed the issue.

BP had a delightful human answering the phone and made a prompt appointment to help us with our burping toilets and potentially clogged septic system. They sent a text when our tech, Emanuel T, was on his way and he showed up earlier than expected. Emanuel was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and had our problem solved in less than an hour so we could once again shower and flush. 10/10 highly recommend!
Tylor and Ryan did a really good job, very transparent with services performed. I was given good advice as to what to look for going forward. I would recommend BP to any homeowner.

BP cleared a blockage on a Friday. The following Tuesday there was partial blockage that got progressively worse. Approximately 3 weeks later after my attempting to clear the blockage myself, I had BP come back & with their camera they determined that the pipe had broken.
Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything and fixed the problem.
Friendly guy. Showed up on time and worked dillegently. We will put them at the top of our list. When we told our realtor daughter in law all she said was Yep, they're great.

Excellent late night service. Called them around 7 pm when washing machine drained inside instead of outside. They were on a call in St Albans and showed up within time stated. Very thorough and not in a rush to get out of here. Back flushed several times to make sure all solids were gone! Will definitely use this company on a scheduled basis from now on. Highly recommend these guys!!

BP Wastewater provided timely, outstanding service inspecting my septic system and pumping my sewage tank, a critical item for my pending home listing.nnThe tech who did the inspection (Ryan Edwards-Pawley) did an outstanding job inspecting my exterior waste lines and locating my septic tank below grade, allowing for only a minor hand-dug hole to uncover the tank access cover for pumping.nnThe entire crew and company did a great job!

Responded within one hour of our call; cleared a clog in our main waste water drain quickly, and gave us clear explanations about the likely cause and how to prevent similar events in the future.

Quick, correct, fair and efficient! BP is the best in the business. We have had them clear drains and upgrade pipes in our home and rentals. They offer some other wastewater solutions as well.

Very friendly and efficient. Tub drain was fixed promptly, and they even readjusted another component of the shower (the plug portion) that they said appeared to be off-balance too. The shower is draining now.

Ryan showed up on time. He kept me updated all the way through the process, letting me know all my options as we went. He completed everything in a timely manner and straighter up afterwards.
Our septic tank pump alarm went off in the late evening on a Friday. When we called BP early Saturday morning, Corey put us at ease being so friendly and helpful and responding right away with a plan as soon as we texted him pictures of the situation. On Monday morning, Amanda from the office contacted me to formulate an official plan—she scheduled us for a pump out that same day and for Corey to come as soon as it worked for us! Tyler did an awesome job efficiently pumping the tank and cleaning the filters so everything was squared away by the time we got home from work! They even provided detailed explanation and pictures of the process so we felt well informed throughout. He did a great job repairing the yard where he’d had to dig AND the pumping seemed to solve the alarm issue, so we don’t need an extra visit. All that to say the folks at BP responded so swiftly and professionally to our needs, we will absolutely be calling them again for septic maintenance and emergencies! Top notch service—even all the way out in Fairfax!

BP Wastewater came out the next day to fix the toilet flushing issue. This is the only toilet in the housesi very important to have the fast service. Ryan was great and explained everything that was happening. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend them.
Colby was super focused on the task, and showed experience from his diagnosis of what the problem was starting by listening to the homeowner account about what the the current situation was. He resolved the problem effectively and explained the causes which will help the homeowner to avoid reoccurrence of the problem. He was super professional and assertive.

Our drains were slow and the tub was gurgling. I called BP and they sent someone in a few hours. Collin found the problem and fixed it. He even fixed a hose inside my toilet that was disconnected. I will definitely use them again. Very professional, I'm so glad I called them.

We had a clogged sewer line for a week and BP came and cleared it out for 800$. Thy were lovely to work with and so responsive. We would highly recommend.
Corey is a great septic system tech. Had my new pump in my lift station repaired in a hurry and he also diagnosed my original problem which was a frozen d box at my leech feild.
I called BP to have my grease trap serviced in my restaurant on a Thursday and Colby promptly showed up at 8am the following Monday to take care of it. BP’s team showed up within 1.5 hours of call them, they are super fast to respond! Ryan was so kind, he even offer to mop our floor after he walked in and out of the house. He resolved our clog within 30 mins, and told us steps we could take to prevent it from happening again. I’ll be calling them again should any issues ever arise.
