Very happy! Main drain line clogged. Couldnt use any water in my house. Called Benjamin Franklin first, spoke to a person took my info said a service tech would call my number and sent a confirmation text that said appointment 7-9 PM. As time passed I fought the urge to call and see where the tech was. At 9:05 I called, tech told dispatch he called twice and I didn't answer. They said they'd dispatch another. I told them not to both. I called Crissifuli same process within 5 mins a tech called said he could be there in 30 mins (it was now 9:30 PM on a Saturday night). Arrived, repaired the problem. Chris was courteous, efficient, conversational, informative and most importantly effective. You get what you pay for. He showed up with professional equipment, a power snake and ran a camera for 50+ feet to insure clear. Would recommend.

Matt Simon came out today because our generator was not coming on for the weekly checks. He discovered that the date in the computer was November 1, 2025! He changed the date but couldn't really explain how it happened. He said he may face hitfor a Kohler generator maintenance check. He changed the oil and filter and double checked to make sure that the generator will come on when we need it. Everything looked good and Matt was very thorough in explaining everything he did and everything that I could have done in addition. Once again I would not hesitate to call Crisafulli if I had any issues at all.

My husband and I purchased a new Lenox central air system with humidifier. From start to finish our experience and expectations were exceeded. From the quote process to install we learned a lot throughout the process!nThe technicians that came out were so respectful, worked very hard, and left behind not one screw. They were here literally all day and stayed to make sure all our questions were answered, taught us what we needed to know about the new A/C unit. I have been having a long-standing problem with exhaust smell from my Buderus boiler. Initially, I could smell the exhaust outdoors, and that was resolved by Crisafulli last year. Over the winter this year, the exhaust smell was backing up into my basement and traveling upstairs into my living space. After a number of calls, no one was able to resolve the problem for me. Consequently, I turned Crisafulli Bros again.nDylan and Joe fixed the problem and explained that the house is very tight and the basement is not getting enough air to breathe. In an effort to save me money, it was suggested I put a grill in the upstairs door leading to my basement. I decided instead to have a system put in place that will bring outdoor air directly to the boiler.nJoe came out again today, explained the process, and will be coming out in the next two days to complete the installation!nThe service is expensive, but in the long run I feel I will actually be saving money on repeated house calls. Also, I feel I will be saving my sanity! Very happy with Crisafulli, Joe and Dylan!nQuick follow up: Joe came out today and did a great job with the installation!

Both times the technicians were thorough, kind and efficient. Brittney and Sasha and the office staff were polite and communicated consistently during the scheduling process and on the day-of the repairs. Eric was an excellent tech! He had to return a second time to complete all of the work required and did so with professionalism and pride in his work. Ryan came out to correct the install of our tankless heater. He heard the noise it was making and did analysis work to find the issue. He made calls to the provider to get warranty work done. They told him to try replacing a gasket first. Just waiting on part now. Ryan explained in detail what he was doing and made sure I understood. Excellent employee.
