So glad I called Darling when I had no heat on a very cold morning this month. They responded quickly. Tim and Toby were able figure out a very tricky problem with my gas furnace and get it corrected. They are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Just encountered one of their work trucks driving around town like an absolute maniac. Flooring it, riding 2 feet off someone's bumper going 45mph, and blowing through a right turn on a red light in a busy intersection doing at least 30mph. I saw the driver screaming and raging at the person in front of him who was already over the speed limit to begin with.nnLooks like I'm not the first person to have a driving complaint with no company website or contact info other than their outsourced answering service.nnLicense plate was 218CDB, 6:15am on Forest Ave and Riverside.

Had a very good experience with this company. I explained to Tim what the problem was, and he said he had someone right in the area and would send him over. Ten minutes later, Toby was at my door. He is a very nice young man, and now I have a wonderful, new faucet in my kitchen. I also thought the fee was reasonable.nThe woman who answered the phone is nice as well.nI hope they will come out if I have another problem.

My wife and I have worked with Darling for our home heating for a few years now and have been very impressed with their customer service and promptness. In fact, today I called about a non-urgent boiler issue, I spoke with Tim and he mentioned he had a couple cancellations so he was about to get someone over to our house within hours to look at the issue. Then the tech went back to their office for a part and then it was fixed - All in less than 4 hours from when I called! Can't recommend them enough!
They were super helpful on short notice! Our boiler started making a horrible sound just before we were supposed to go out of town. They sent someone over the same day we called, and he very methodically investigated. After some tinkering he discovered the problem, which fortunately was an easy fix! We really appreciated their prompt and friendly service.

If you can't be professional when taking the initial call from a person looking to do with you for the first time, it's worth the gamble to see what kind of quality they provide! Called them in the morning about a sink faucet replacement and toilet repair in my bathroom, and by 12:30 they had sent someone out. Allen was courteous, quick, professional and friendly. And he was willing to wear a mask at my request. He fixed both my problems with materials he already had in his truck. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Had a terrible experience with one of their technicians on the road attempted to cut me off then when he couldn't achieve cutting me off he became erratic behind me yelling swearing, literally stuck his head out of the vehicle and started spitting at my vehicle. I have never seen someone act so unprofessional in a company vehicle, I spoke with the company's answering service since apparently they do not accept calls directly made two attempts left my information with them no one has ever called back from the company.nI confirm with the answering company that they did pass information along so I only can assume that the individual who did this either owns the company, or they just don't want to deal with it either way totally unprofessional.
We had called several other companies to come and unclog a drain at our rental property. Several hundreds of dollars later and still no resolution. We called Darling Plumbing and Heating. They returned our call and scheduled a time to come over. They were very prompt, professional and friendly. They fixed the drain, cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. I had a 3 inch long 1/2 inch copper pipe replaced after a broken DIY repair. Technician Ken was super knowledgeable and professional in explaining everything in detail. He did a quick A++ job!
I had frozen pipes that burst in an entryway on the weekend. Ken tried to talk me through how to isolate the location, if possible, over the phone so I could wait until the next week to avoid their weekend rates. Ultimately he had to come check it out and make some adjustments anyway but was very efficient and advised what to do if an issue came up in the future. I recommend their services and will use them again.
