What a mess a clogged kitchen drain causes! Don Glick and Jordan visited my home 4/29/26 to resolve my 50 year old distal blocked kitchen drain by manually extracting the debris at the terminal drainage point in my crawlspace when the usual plumber tools were unsuccessful. I agreed after listening to Don explain a more direct approach of pipe placement under the sink that would prevent complications. He located the area in the crawlspace below the kitchen sink and implemented another path for the pipes to drain. He altered the angles where two pipes meet accommodating improved drainage flow.
This was an impressive collaboration on Don and Jordan's part to successfully replace these blocked pipes. Delaware Plumbing Professionals is fortunate to have Don and Jordan working with them. I hope there's a program to recognize Employee Excellence. Don and Jordan deserve recognition for their professional skills and the ability to articulate explanations. Don was exceptional clarifying information to help me understand the process. Thank you.
The pipe beneath the sink in my laundry room, which connects to the sink, became disconnected, resulting in water leaking during the rinse cycle when I wash clothes. After reaching out, I was contacted same day, and received an appointment same day. The technician came out, very professional 👏🏽 👌, friendly, and gave me an estimate after making his assessment. The price was right within my budget, I signed, and within no time the pipe was replaced, the sink was bolted to the floor so it would not shift in the future. I would use any other business than this one. I had an older hot water heater that worked perfectly. We scheduled Delaware Plumbing Professionals to come and inspect and service if needed. They scared my wife into buying a new hot water heater. The new hot water heater had the exact capacity as the old. Before Delaware Plumbing Professionals came into my home I had hot water. After they left I do not have hot water. It gets worse... they stated that a vent pipe COULD need to be larger for the system to work and had my wife sign a release. Now, they are demanding more money (over $1200) to get the increase 1' of pipe from 2 to 3 inch. Once again, I had a perfectly working hot water heater and only wanted it serviced. In addition, they came in 4 times to "fix" the new hot water heater. On time #3 we were explicitly told it was not the vent. On time #4 it magically was the vent with the additional charge.

Absolutely 💯% the GREATEST SERVICE I have ever had! Bill Hall was so friendly, caring, giving and extremely sympathetic to my situation.
Bill came in my home to a blubbering mess(me), and calmed me right down. Explained my situation to him. He explained what was to happen in different scenarios so I would not be shocked to what avenue may need to be taken depending on his findings.
Bill went above and beyond more than he had to. Did his job professionally as well as efficiently and in a timely manner. And he put up with my antics. That in itself.. Boy deserves a metal.

I was disappointed in the service provided as my shower needed to be snaked and they wanted to charge me over $600 to do that work. They didn’t even apply the dispatch fee towards the total bill which is standard practice for most plumbing companies. And then when we declined the repair work, the technicians were rude to my husband. And told him he wasted their time. How is it a waste of time when we called you out and paid you for the dispatch fee? And that price is absolutely ridiculous to snake a clogged shower.

Bill did a great job repairing a leak in thw wall behind our laundry room sink. The leak ran down into the basement and outdoors through a window well. Bill gave us several repair options explaining pros and cons of each. Once we chose he worked diligently. Pipes had to be replaced and rerouted. The sink and cabinet didn't have to be removed from the wall. The finished job was very neat.

Don and Jordon were awesome! They worked at 2420 Stoneybrook in Drexel Hill pa and came out to see what was causing the backup in the shower drain from basement and were able to clear it with no problems. They were professional and displayed great customer service. They got it done in such a fast time and didn’t need me to do anything. We replaced all of the piping in our home due to its age and condition, which was a multiple day project. I cannot emphasize what a great job that our technician Don Glick and his crew did. Don is extremely conscientious with high integrity, and did a wonderful job trying to minimize the clean up and drywall putback required, after having to open walls to access the old piping. He explained everything in advance and coordinated with us to minimize disruption and inconvenience. Although there were many difficult areas to access, he never took any shortcuts and ensured that we ended up with a very high quality installation. My first experience with Delaware Plumbing Professionals was about 4 years ago (original review at the bottom). The update concerns a new issue I had this week. I woke up to a leak @ the ceiling, with water coming out of a sprinkler head and puddles on the floor. DPP provided same-day response as before.
Brad Wozniak did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the problem, which thankfully turned out to be relatively minor. Brad arrived on time, he was obviously quite knowledgeable, he explained what was going on clearly, gave me practical options, and he was very professional and courteous throughout the visit.
A second positive experience overall. I appreciate the high standard that DPP sets, and will definitely come back if (or rather, when) another issue arises.

Ryan and Xavier were on the early side of the appointment window, very professional and easy to work with. I greatly appreciated their expert assessment and diligence in making sure the issue was solved. They offered options without pressure, and they got the job done efficiently. Could have been far worse, but disaster was averted! A little pricey but the peace of mind is well worth the cost. 12/10 would call/recommend again.

Don Glick and his apprentice Jason came to my house to troubleshoot and fix a leak from my upstairs bathroom that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling. They patiently looked for all the sources of the leak one by one. They were able to eliminate all sources until they found the leak was coming from toilet. They replaced the wax plug which fixed the problem. They were very professional and polite. They completely cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend your company and use your services when I am faced with another plumbing issue

The request for service was a very quick turnaround. They offered same day service at no extra charge. The staff was friendly and professional. Our technician, Brad Wozniak explained the estimate in detail and offered me choices regarding repair/replacement that I really appreciated. This review is based on the service provided by Mr. Don Glick of Delaware Plumbing Professionals on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, at our house in Dewey Beach, DE.
In a word, Don's service was outstanding! He replaced our water heater which was an extremely difficult task because the damaged water heater was in an enclosed space and maneuver room was at a premium (see photo). The first phase was to completely disassemble the old water heater so it could be removed which Don did superbly. Now, it's important to note that Don was without his helper on this particular day and was having to do all of the plumbing activities by himself to include moving the water heater without assistance. Once he completed that phase of the operation, he went about in a methodical manner preparing the new water heater for installation which included bringing everything up to code for Dewey Beach, DE. The original water heater was installed in 2002 (see photo of rusted out water heater) so you can imagine the numerous new requirements for bringing the entire operation up to code. Don went through everything with us and he did not depart until everything was checked out and running perfectly. In closing, I would like to point out a couple of important items. First and foremost, Don is an incredibly skilled plumber, in fact, he's a craftsman when it comes to plumbing. I wish I could explain it better as to the level of his expertise but he is truly a Top Shelf plumbing professional. Second, Delaware Plumbing Professionals is an incredibly squared away company. Their trucks are completely stocked and before the technician arrives, you receive a picture of the company's representative so you know exactly who will be performing the work. So, if you are ever in need of plumbing work of any kind and you are in the Wilmington - Dewey Beach - Rehoboth Beach geographical area, call Delaware Plumbing Professionals and more importantly, ask specifically for Mr. Don Glick because he will square you away from the technical side plus he is great at explaining how everything is supposed to go. We could not be happier with the work and our new water heater.

Mr. Bill Hall and his assistant, Isiah, came out to the beach house and knocked the plumbing repair out of the park. The work was finished in a timely manner and Bill provided superb video of all of the repairs. Bill and Isiah worked efficiently and they are a very good team. They expertly managed the space constraints under the house and replaced everything. They also worked very "clean" and when they left, you could not tell they had even been there. We were so impressed that we requested estimates for two additional projects that will need to be done over time. Absolutely thrilled with the response to the appointment request and the overall quality of the work. Looking forward to seeing Bill and Isiah again in the near future as we square away the other two issues. Bill and Isiah are tremendous ambassadors for Delaware Plumbing Professionals and I vigorously recommend them if you want quality service at a very reasonable price.

I could go on and on about this company they are the very best I really had a nice experience with them from the time I made the phone call to the time that they arrived I called on a Saturday but my hot water heater wasn't working and then on a Sunday their technician Bill Hall came and was such a very very nice person and explained everything to us but found out that the hot water heater was fine he believed it was the circuit breaker after he did many tests on my hot water heater he referred me to get an electrician to put in a new circuit breaker and then if the water heater wasn't still working to give them a call back and he would come back and do more test on the hot water heater as when he did test it it wasn't getting any electricity so I did call electrician he came out put a new circuit breaker in panel box and now the hot water heater is working it didn't need a repair just needed electricity coming to it which a new circuit breaker fixed that problem I so much enjoyed working with them from the first phone call I made to make an appointment to Bill Hall left my house that day very very nice people very nice company and I will definitely have them again thank you Delaware plumbing professionals you are the best and you are the professionals I deeply thank you so much and appreciate everything you did and with the speedy appointment I am well satisfied and you are an awesome company great also thank you Bill Hall you are the best and thanks for explaining everything and taking the time to explain everything in detail

Very professional. Did a great job. It was not a bargain but they were on-time and got the job done quickly and as promised. They charge to come and provide an estimate which I agreed to. My only comment is, “if someone decides to go with the job as estimated, then they should waive the estimate fee, and include it in the job cost, Next time, I’ll look for plumbers who provide free estimates first.

My professional’s name was Don Glick, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was on time, personable, patient, kind, and friendly. He went above and beyond in explaining my leakage problem and clearly outlined how he planned to fix it.
Don worked efficiently replacing my water pipe, but he never rushed the job—he made sure everything was done right. He even referred me to another company that could help dry the water from my carpet and personally called them while he was still working on my plumbing issue.
If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will definitely be contacting Delaware Plumbing Professionals and requesting Don. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would.

Toilet 🚽 clogged overnight, we didn’t do anything, but it wouldn’t flush I called Delaware Plumbing. They made an appointment on Monday, too long to wait! Their technician Ryan called was on his way! He cleared the clog right away!

Our plumber Dan Hall and his partner were exceptional in their professionalism and skills. The job was intensive, they rerouted our pipes in our laundry room to accommodate a sink in our laundry room. The existing pipe was dedicated to the washing machine exclusively. They labored for 6 hours to accomplish the task. Lastly they cleaned all the debris and we now can have a functioning sink. Highly recommend them and their company, Delaware Plumbing Professionals, they truly lived up to the name.
