Our heating and A/C system had been on its last leg since we moved in 7 years ago. We have been dreading the day we needed to replace it because I thought it would be too much of a hassle and out of our budget. Sunday night we finally decided it was time, so we reached out to the Plumbing Manager at Done Right Today, Bill. We were immediately set up with a no pressure estimate with our Comfort Advisor, Scott. Scott came out at a time that was most convenient for my husband and I, and was informative and genuine. He walked us through the whole process in detail to put our minds at ease about this big project we had put off for so long. He gave us as many options as we asked for (which was a lot) and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision. We knew right away we chose to work with the right company! We placed our deposit on the spot and Scott was able to schedule the installation for the following morning.nnThe next morning, a team of true professionals arrived! Daquan, Gian, and Marc were at our house less than 12 hours after our commitment, on time, and with all the tools and materials necessary to complete the job. The team was so respectful of our home and by the end of the day, we had a brand new high efficiency system that we can enjoy the benefits of for years to come. Had to have an old pipe and spigot replaced. I scheduled via the website. Ryan and Gil showed up the day of the appointment at the scheduled time. Both were very friendly and easily explained everything that needed to be done. They finished the work in less than an hour and gave me some free quotes for additional work. Great experience and I will use Done Right in the future.

Great welcoming greeting from my Technician.nSo sorry that my Technician's name.. Tall Ginger haired fella. Did everything that I requested from the work order and, I had underlying problem that peaked its head full force at the end of the initial job,and my Technician stayed past the initial time slot and tackled this sudden burst pipe between my bathroom and kitchen flooring and wall. Technician Alex Marrs came today for our scheduled annual AC service maintenance in preparation for the up coming Summer season. He also installed a UV light in our attic to help prevent moisture in the inside unit to help extend the life of our AC system. Alex serviced all of the equipment, both inside and out, answered every question that was asked and did everything in a timely manner. Alex was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. We used Done Right Today last year when we had serious water issues from a busted pipe in our basement and were very impressed with their services and prices. Service was great, Matt came Friday and assessed what the issue was. Gave a estimate and i agreed to estimate and said somene would be there on Monday to do the work. Reid came first day with someone else and was very professional. Had to come back on Tuesday and Redi was by himself and completed the job and was very thorough. Service tech was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the AC problem as leaking refrigerant. He replenished enough to restore cooling at least temporarily to get us through the immediate hot weather spell, and scheduled a follow on appointment to assess replacement options.

Yesterday when I had to repair done, I was quite upset with the price that they had given me. We are both old and on a fixed income. The price they gave me was ridiculous. Gave them a bad rating and was called by a manager this morning and they made it all well he had so I have to retract what I wrote this morning and and say how great done right plumbing handles their problems one satisfied customer now.

Totally recommend this company! When I had a leak in my crawlspace, I called them in a panic wondering if it was the start of a bigger issue. I was leaving town the next morning and was stressed.nnTheir staff calmly walked me through the equipment and what it could possibly be before scheduling a technician to come out to take a look. They found the issue and advised me to double check if I had a warranty for it before proceeding with anything else - didn’t even charge me to come look at it. I ended up calling back to schedule a return visit and Anthony made quick work out of it! I knew I was getting solid work. Plus, everyone has always been super professional and nice - from the admin personnel to the technicians.

Reid and Neal are amazing! We called to replace our tub drain and shower faucet, and while they walked around we learned our shut-off valves were ancient and in dire need of replacing so we had them do that too along with the trap for our tub.nnThey were super professional, very friendly, and even though it was more expensive than we expected we're very happy with the outcome and will absolutely be calling for any plumbing work we need done.
