I had a great experience with Jesse from Focus Plumbing today. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue and walked me through the solution, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and everything is running perfectly now. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but Jesse definitely delivered. Highly recommend Focus Plumbing for anyone needing honest and quality plumbing work!

This was a follow up appointment today, on 4/16/26 for the service provided on 3/19/26. As usual Jesse was awesome!!! He is always prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Since it was a follow up, there was no financial transaction. Also please see the following review: On 3/19/26, Jesse from FOCUS PLUMBING, installed a new Rheem, tankless water heater!! The Focus team is very professional, kind, patient and understanding, from my first interaction with Jenny, to Supervisor Brandon, to Professional Plumber Jesse!!nDuring the entire process for the installation, Jesse, explained everything in detail, in words, I as a layman could understand. Jesse was great! Quick service and professional. However, $410 for labor to replace an igniter switch on my tankless water heater is ridiculous! It took less than a minute; I may need a home warranty going forward. Thank goodness my water heater was still under warranty. The part itself cost $400.

He arrived within the scheduled time period and was able to brainstorm a solution to the problem and quickly got to work. His work was professional and he was courteous. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. We're very pleased with our new faucet and will definitely hire Adan for any future home repairs we have. We will also recommend Focus Plumbing and Adan to any friends who need quality service for any home repairs they may have. Spoke with Oscar about installing water softener in my home. Very professional and patient. Answered all my questions and gave even more details on what needs to be done and how everything works. I was looking at purchasing my own system but he offered alternative softeners solutions as well (they use a system designed with NASA!). Great experience with the company. Not pushy at all.

Continued from previous entry. Had a home built in 2014; came with a Rheem 50 gal water heater. 2018 heater leaked and was replaced by Focus. Warranty covered so paid little over $500 for installation. In 2022 again leaked and replaced. This time over $700 for same; said covered by warranty. In 2026 again leaked and replaced. This time Focus said warranty was for a total of 6 years so I had to pay entire cost. They told me that the Rheem had a 6 year warranty from the INITIAL installation on 2014. My question to them was if so, why was the 2022 replacement, 8 years later, covered??? Said it was a Rheem problem. Supervisor refused to question Rheem; said it was my problem. Contacted Rheem. Couldn;t get through for hours. Sent email and was given a number to call. Called various numbers and got numerous run-arounds. Never did get an answer. Always told they would connect to the correct section and the call would drop.nnLESSON LEARNED: NEVER USE FOCUS PLUMBING. NEVER USE A RHEEM PRODUCT. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THROUGH TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ANSWERS. Going to the Rheem website will confirm they do want want your input; just your money.

Any warranty terms, coverage periods, and claim decisions are determined solely by them. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to override, extend or reinterpret those policies. Also sorry to hear the experience you had with Rheem customer service/support. Anything in that regard is completely out of our hands as they are not part of our company.

If there any unique features I have seen with the recently assigned staff to my residence was the ability to unravel pertinent unique details in my home that needs immediate attention. I had a problem with my tankless water heater that I’ve been working with another popular plumbing service (let’s just “hide” them under the name Sierra Plumbing) to repair for 3 days now. They’ve been trying to convince me to replace the whole tankless water heater (for almost $12K) instead of replacing the broken part because “it will take weeks to have the parts delivered by the manufacturer.” I didn’t agree to replace it since it’s just less than 7 years old and I told them I’ll just look for another company to fix it. Lo and behold, they suddenly have the part in their office and I just need to pay a few dollars short of $1K. But, they kept saying they’re coming to install it but they don’t come and kept saying just wait. I decided to call Focus Plumbing and they got Oscar to my place in an hour and he had the part in stock in his van and was able to get everything done in 10 minutes. And I only had to pay a small fraction of what Sierra quoted me for the broken part. Happy new customer here.

Jesse quickly replaced the water on/off valve connected to my guest bath toilet with new parts. The toilet was making a whizzy noise after each flush, so Jesse listened to the noise and inspected the valve area and inside the tank. He recommended the angle valve be replaced with new parts. Once done, the noise was gone. Jesse was so patient with answering all my questions and concerns. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. I was so impressed by his workmanship and professionalism that I intend to keep turning to Focus Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

When my tankless water heater shut down I called Focus and they sent a plumber out within a few hours. Oscar was friendly, professional, and talked me through the process and issues. Being new to our house, he explained the maintenance requirements that would prevent future issues as well as some cool things to check out here in our new town of Las Vegas. I would highly recommend Focus Plumbing and Oscar Garcia.

Repair was completed but the technician failed to tighten everything up enough and left a gas leak in my garage.nnFound this out after 6 pm, so they were unable to send someone out at that time of day. The on call person actually discouraged me from calling Southwest Gas.nnI called the gas company anyway, and they sent someone out right away. The guy from Southwest Gas diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and checked the rest of the area for gas leaks.nnMost of the reviews I've seen say they're expensive but do a good job. This one was expensive but didn't do a good job.
