The connection from my toilet to the wall started spraying and ended up flooding my bathroom on a Thursday night. I called Wagner Plumbing at 5:30am on Friday morning and left a message. Mr. Wagner called me back at 6:30am and he and another team member were at my house by 9:00am. I live in a condo with well water that is corrosive to the pipes so I am always concerned about what is "unseen, behind the walls". Mr. Wagner and his team have taken care of my plumbing emergencies for several years now and are familiar with my "delicate" pipes and water issues. They replaced the corroded connector to the toilet and had to put in a new connection at the wall (also corroded). Everything is new and shiny and working perfectly! Everyone that has been to my home from Wagner Plumbing has been courteous and professional, I wouldn't call anyone else!! By the way, Wagner Plumbing has installed 2 hot water heaters, a new kitchen faucet, a shower head and neck (that literally fell out of the wall because it was corroded) and fixed a broken pipe in the basement. I know from experience that they are a great company!

This place is terrible. They came to my house twice to fix the heat and both times it was something different. The 2nd time the gentleman that came told us he would be back to fix the problem, do i call the gentleman to ask when he would be back and he basically told me he wouldn’t fix it. Please do research before using this company. I made the mistake of utilizing their service because I had an emergency the night before-a leaky hot water pipe.
I called the night before and made them aware that a 1/2 hot water line was leaking and that it would need replacing. Access to the problem was an unfinished area of the basement with easy access to pipes.
The plumber showed up at 8:30 (on time) took a look at the job, and said he had to go out to get 1/2 pipe. What? You don't have that as stock material on your truck? Okay. Plumber came back an hour later saying he also had to respond to an emergency call. He made said I needed 30 feet of pipe and the job would be $900. I didn't know how long it would take and needed the problem solved. Overall, the plumber did good work, but he only actually performed, maybe, 3 hours labor. I priced out the material he used with a local plumbing supply house....about $80 for material.
Later that day I measured the work done.....18' feet of pipe. Here is the issue. The invoice is listed 3 10 foot lengths at $324 EACH. Is this the practice now? You don't list material and hourly wage cost? Basically, a bill for $974. Take away $80 is material you have about $900 for three hours of actual labor. $300 an hour. If that seems reasonable for you, by all means use their service. Pictures posted.
Also, be mindful of fake reviews on here. Notice I sent a picture with an actual invoice. People that are friends and family might be posting on here just to have bad reviews go down the line.

The plumber, Dan Traficante, showed up on time and was professional and polite. He had to remove an old bushing from a 1929 steam radiator. This was a difficult task, and Dan took his time and tried several methods. If he failed in his task we would have had to buy a radiator from a salvage yard at a high cost. Dan spent many hours and finally succeeded in removing the bushing, saving us much money. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Horrible experience , quoted $200 just to come, after several hours and multiple zone heads changed , heat still not working and lLeft for the day leaving me with a $900 invoice. Next tech came a few days later and told me I would have to cut the walls open for them to fully understand the issue. Called a local handy man that simply purged the system into the drain instead of a 5 gal bucket ( as I suggested ) and got the heat working. 1 and done , I would not recommend

This past Monday we decided to go with this company as our kitchen sink was leaking moderately into the basement when we turned the water on. We figured we would need a new pipe as our bathroom one was just replaced for $220. We had a water spicket replaced that leaked into the basement a year ago that cost me $250. The man that came to my house (the manager ) to inspect the leak, said we had a galvanized pipe that needed to be replaced. We knew this, it was a much shorter pipe than my bathroom one because this one had pvc halfway. The manager quoted us at $402.00 which we were completely stunned by. We said a for a single pipe your charging that much? He said well it’s for my time. The man never mentioned anything more than the single pipe he was replacing to justify this price. I called the office to speak with the owner, the receptionist said he was on vacation. We’ve had plenty of work done on our home to know this price was inappropriate. We wanted to cancel them, but they charge you $165 just to come out and see the problem. So pretty much lock you regardless of what they want to charge for a job. So once he completed the job he sent me two summaries one of our receipt which the amounts paid in cash and check were backwards, the second summary was the diagnosis and job performed. He diagnosed the job as “ DISHWASHER BRANCH TAIL piece with barb”. Not once did this man ever mention anything about our dishwasher that we do not use. He did not explain to us anything that he wrote in his summary, it was almost like looking at a completely different job than the one that was done in my home. Later that evening I got quotes from other plumbers for $250,$280. Needless to say, I will not be going with this company again and future customers should be aware. I was hoping they would have been an honest and decent company. I will not recommend.

Glen was great. We woke up on Saturday morning and smelt gas in our basement. Turns out, we had a gas leak in one of our pipes that needed immediate investigation and repair by a licensed plumber as we were stuck with no hot water or heat. Glen was the only one who picked up the call to come out on Sunday afternoon. He arrived within the hour of my call and found the leak. He came back first thing Monday morning with his partner and tools to complete the job. By early Monday afternoon we had heat and hot water again. Glen was a nice guy and very professional. He called back later that day to check in and make sure everything was back in order. Will definitely be calling Glen again for any future plumbing needs!

Called this company for a water heater that hasn’t been working at full capacity (running out of water quickly, error message) - called this company specifically because they advertise that they work on rheem. The technician read the manual, said the water heater was taking longer than usual to reach 140 degrees when he put the temp up for an test, and said he would call rheem to see about warranty and parts. He was unable to figure out the error message, didn’t troubleshoot the problem, and instead of hearing back about the “few options” he said he would look into, I received a 5k quote for a new water heater a day later. When I called to speak with the technician directly I was given his phone number. I called and never heard back. They charged 165 dollars for a technician fee but the technician did the bare minimum to troubleshoot and instead just quoted me a new water heater. The water heater is only 4 years old. I expected someone to put in more effort for the fee and fact that he said he would call rheem and look into it and I never heard back.

We provide services for Rheem products and we did our due diligence in resolving your water heater issue as we would have to wait for a replacement part which is typically the sensor something beyond our manufacturing of the part. Booked them for a job to replace a toilet that my tenant’s kid flushed a toy down back in May of 2023.
I had leaks in the bathroom below the toilet the worked on since that day. I found out today that they never fully connected the new toilet allowing water from the supply and sewage to leak below.
They only charged the toilet they used the old bolts and supply lines. There goes $1000+ for simply changing a toilet.

I called at 8pm thinking that I’d just get an answering service but the owner of the business answered my call and patiently walked me through the problems that my hot water heater was having. I even called back that night with a few more questions and he was wonderfully patient and even went over the pros and cons with me when I wasn’t sure which hot water system to choose.
The guys who came to my house first thing in the morning were pleasant and happy to teach me how everything worked and bonus points for liking my dogs!

I found Wagner Plumbing & Heating through just an internet search. Glen came out right away, identified the need to replace the combination unit. He even called around to find the best price. His crew removed the old unit, had the new energy efficient combi unit plumbed, wired, installed in no time. Even took away the old one and left area clean. Glen was very professional, efficient, reliable and friendly. It's a tremendous relief to find someone you can trust.

A boiler went on me and they were able to replace it the same day at a fair price compared to other companies and the service fee is included in the price of repairs. The techs were professional and super friendly. The same day my shower started leaking which I thought was related to the boiler (it was not) and Glenn the owner came out himself and promptly fixed it for me. Best customer service and trustworthy people. I will be calling this company in the future for all plumbing needs. Thank you G Wagner.

Had to snake kitchen sink from basement. Prompt. Came same day as called. Very expensive: over $600 then offered 10% discount. Left a mess of dirty water including spray on cellar wall, bucket of dirty water, 3 scatter rugs soaked. Large mirror not moved until after it soaked up water.

well, if I could give half a star I would--in reading the other reviews, a pattern emerges-a tired old scam, but it seems to work for them: the initial fee for an estimate (to be applied to the actual job) is $165. The problem is that the actual job was so ridiculously inflated (a leaky faucet outside the house), it was cheaper to forfeit the $165 and decline to work with these guys. Very slick...let the buyer beware!

I feel that $170 charge for a 15 minute visit on a fully functioning heating system was entirely unfair. I feel I was treated like an emergency visit versus what I was looking for, a maintenance or cleaning visit. I requested a possible annual agreement and never heard back. The two technicians were very professional (I assuming it was training which I paid for).
