I had some excellent service from J&D Plumbing & Heating. They are reliable, professional, and clean. They respond immediately to my calls. John and his team are awesome!nEDIT UPDATE:nOur family only uses J&D Plumbing for all of our services and will continue to use their services. They did our AC, boiler, sump pump, hot water heater, whole house water filtration and softener, and all new pipes - pretty much everything. Billy is outstanding and very informative.

Joe D has done heating repairs, gas line additions to the back yard of my house. He does a splendid job at plumbing, he fixed a leak i had from my kitchen sink drain and made it look brand new again.nJoe D, Ivan, Marlin, Diego, and Louis replaced the sewer line from the street to the house and the whole sewer line in basement. They also redid the whole output and input for my washing machine which makes my washing machine work better. They were very efficient and finished the job within said timeframe. I recommend J & D Plumbing for their remarkable service. Joe D is great at what he does and has been my no.1 help since the last 4 years. He is trustworthy and very knowledgeable about heating, plumbing and also electrical. He is the first person I call for any advice or queries I have regarding my house.

There did the sidewalk the same day you posted this review then we went out the same day again and re-graded your property. Everything looks great. We have pictures of everythingnwe don't include seating in our proposal. Jeremy from J & D Plumbing serviced my tankless water heater and repaired leaky valve. He came and diagnosed the issue, called Rinnia and ordered parts for the repair. Scheduling the installation was very easy by the office staff. Jeremy & Colin were on time to make the repairs. After job was completed they left the area as if nothing had been done. I would recommend J & D Plumbing for your service and repairs. Thank you

The plumber that was a sub on my home renovation was unable/unwilling come back to fix their mistake in a timely manner (stay away from Joseph Esposito and Esposito Plumbing) so J&D plumbing really saved the day! They came promptly on a Sunday to fix a propane line leak and they even came back later when the propane company said there was a second leak to fix. Great communication and so helpful, I would highly recommend their services!

J&D replumbed my house and has since become a go to for leaks and repairs at my rental properties. They respond quickly and are reasonably priced. As a landlord, I've had them replace a water heater and boiler, fix leaks, and camera and snake drain lines. Jaroslaw “Jerry” was awesome. He was very helpful, skillful, amicable, and patient throughout the entire process. With the temperatures dropping to the lowest we've had in years, one of my interior pipes froze. I reached out to J&D online for help and within 30 minutes, John called me. After explaining my problem, he told me what he would do and talked me through it to help me save some money. Most plumbers would come out and charge you extra for every single thing (especially on a Sunday), but John didn't do that. He told me what to do & within a few hours it worked. John is a true man of integrity! Very honest and very fair. I would recommend J & D Plumbing, over and over!

I called J & D plumbing last minute with a bit of a rush job and they were fully booked but still worked us in, they came so late at the end of there day and still offered us a full repair and with no complaints to do it. We had a washing machine shut off valve that wasn’t functioning. I am so impressed with the way they handled this job. I will definitely call them again and recommend them. When I called, they responded very quickly, and able to come the next day, the day after the New Year, when most of the people were not available. What I really appreciated was that John was wiling to give me an estimate right away, since we knew already pretty sure what was wrong, when several others I contacted wouldn't be willing to even give me an estimated range of the cost for replacement of the pump, without come to see first (with fee of course)nnJeremy and his buddy were here doing the replacement of the sewage pump. They arrived promptly and did pretty good job and very quickly, since it would be a very messy and nasty work, we wouldn't like to do it ourselves. The work comes with one year full warranty and 3 year warranty for the pump. Thank you!

J&D Plumbing were great. Our steam boiler stopped working. They responded quickly came out and attempted to repair it at a lower cost. Unfortunately it was 25 years old and was unrepairable. They put in a whole new system in one day and had us warmed up in a matter of hours.nTheir repair crew were friendly and very professional. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Received bulk water tank maintenance through a community rate and the service was excellent professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I’m seeing several negative reviews posted within the same short time frame, all written in nearly identical language. That strongly suggests a coordinated or disgruntled effort rather than legitimate, widespread issues. If this company were actually delivering the problems described, it would be reflected consistently across reviews over time. Based on my firsthand experience, those claims do not align with the quality of service I received, and I would confidently recommend. Thank you J & D for all you did for the 60 plus homes here. Anyone with a brain will see that they have glowing reviews and when one disgruntled person speaks up it’s damaging someone’s business. Ignore the noise. If they had such a bad experience they would have posted photos of invoices and messages.

Called J&D after hours this past weekend for a basement leak. They were prompt to respond to our call and come to our home. The source of the leak was found quickly and were able to help us with a game plan for next steps on addressing the issue. I can’t say enough good things about J&D Plumbing and Heating. I called them on Saturday, December 20 when my water heater completely stopped working, and they came out the very next day with the owner himself. Even though they had a slightly different model available, they removed the old non-functioning unit and suggested coming back the following day to complete the job properly. I asked if they could return Christmas Eve morning, and they happily accommodated. Throughout the entire process they were thorough, extremely courteous, communicative about warranties and maintenance tips, and their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent, and I felt informed every step of the way. I highly recommend J&D and will absolutely be using them again—support local businesses!

Good Day to All!!nnAgain I had the need to call John owner of J&D Plumbing and HeatingnA boiler in one of my multifamily properties was leaking badlynnI sent John the owner some photos and the sticker of the model number and serial number of the boilernnWhile waiting to hear back from him, I did some of my own research and realized that the leak which was heavily encrusted with rust from the outside could be much more severe when we open up the system (possibly much more than a gasket)nnJohn, the owner called me and as usual, spoke to me in a very detailed and professional manner and basically told me we can check it out for you yet we do not know the severity of the rust damage on the interior. I would need to open it up first to find out.nnHe told me in the event that the problem was as severe that he thought, the boiler at that point would have to be replaced.nI took it into consideration the time of year and the temperature outside, and my focus was primarily on taking care of my tenant And making sure that they had heat no matter whatnnI decided to replace the boiler. I took the time to receive 3 quotations and Johns quotation was the most competitive and with the history that I have with his company, his foreman Jeremy his service assistance and his administrative staff, hands-down it was an easy decisionnnJeremy (foreman) and Collin his assistant arrived on time very friendly, professional, courteous, and immediately jumped into actionnI’m the type of guy that likes to watch what’s going on and sometimes I have a lot of questions. Jeremy is a 5 star representative for J&D plumbing And while working, took the time to explain all the detail details for the scope of work from dismantling the old boiler and the installation of the new boiler, which required a lot of new configuration with gas and waterlinesnnAnd also just for the record when they unpacked the new boiler, there was a damaged part that required a new part before installation. Jeremy’s looked at me and said to me, no matter what I’m not leaving this building until your tenant has heat do not worrynThey were able to get the part quickly and the installation went smoothlynnJohn the owner of the company Should be very proud to have Jeremy and Colin supporting his service team. John Is always there for me no exceptions when I need something he stops and pays attention to me and has never let me down ever. We’ve had 2 great experiences with this company! Just over a year ago, my husband and I woke up on a Saturday to water in our basement and to make a long story short, we needed a new hot water heater. We called J&D as a first time customer. They were professional, knowledgeable, cost effective and said Monday morning we could get it replaced. Sure enough Monday at 11 am we were all able to take a hot shower.nRecently, we had a lot of water backing into our slop sink every time the washer drained to the point that it would overflow sometimes. Today, Jeff and Dale came over to fix the problem and they treated our problem as if it were their own. In the 5+ years we’ve lived in this house the drain has never worked this well and I wish I called J&D sooner.nThank you for making these situations easy to handle. We will definitely call them in the future.

They contacted me right away and we scheduled an appointment for them to come out and assess the repairs. I was provided a quote within minutes. I had a problem with a sump pump installation by another plumber who then refused to fix the problem. Scrambling for help before a long holiday weekend, I called John, who responded immediately and assured me J&D could take care of me. Rocky came out that evening and quickly and professionally fixed the problem exactly as I asked, even pointing out a leak I hadn’t noticed. J&D worked at my 1940's house for several days and removed and replaced all outdated cast iron plumbing. This involved multiple bathrooms, kitchen, and basement work. J & D Plumbing Tech Jeremy Tech came to my house on short notice and did a fantastic job replacing my frost free faucet that had broke. He was professional, gave me tips how to maintain it during the winter and was fair with the price for the job. I highly recommend their services! Thank you!

This was a massive undertaking, but they handled it with incredible professionalism and expertise. I needed to have a bathroom faucet replaced after my 14 year old Brizo faucet had worn out. I received a replacement faucet from the company and contacted J&D for installation based on previous experience . Tom arrived a few minutes early, worked neatly and though it was not an easy install we now have a functioning bathroom faucet . Work done was 5 star quality but I did not inquire about the cost when scheduling and cost was much higher than expected ($450) .

I came home from vacation on a late Sunday afternoon, to a water leak that flooded half my home! I called 6 different plumbers, and got a call back from J&D Plumbing & Heating within a few minutes. Only 1 of the others even responded and that was on Monday afternoon.nnJohn (the J in J&D) walked me thru shutting off the water until his staff could get there.nI highly recommend them. Staff were responsive and took care of the repair with attention to detail.nnThanks J & D, for the good work and follow-up!nnNow a year later, I needed help with a faucet replacement. They called back immediately and it was replaced the next day, wuuckly, efficiently by Wayne and a reasonable price.nI'll keep coming back! Thank you!
