Friendly and easy communication with the office staff and prompt, knowledgeable techs. Macca came out sooner than any other plumber and did an amazing job with a pipe repair. They also were significantly lower in price. Very satisfied with the all around service!
Emailed my request early am for furnace service, got a call an hour later that a service person was on their way! In no time it was fixed at a very fair price.
Very pleased with a recent experience with Macca Plumbing. Jacob and Liam installed a new disposal and kitchen faucet and checked on a bathroom faucet. They were on time, polite, and professional and they tidied up after they were finished. I've used Macca Plumbing a number of times over the years and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
Max (in the Hartford region) came by and was super helpful! Talked through options, did great work, and it was at a reasonable cost.

Our water heater broke and was leaking. We left a voicemail with Macca on Saturday and they came first thing Monday morning. They replaced the water heater for a great price, and were helpful and friendly. They also gave us a quote to replace some pipes that was $14,000 less than a big company plumbing service!! Highly recommend and will use them again.

The plumber arrived on time, was polite in asking if he should take his shoes off before entering and asked if our pet would try to escape when he comes in and out, which showed he cared. He was pleasant even when I asked a million questions and hovered to see what was being done lol. He explained in understandable terms what the damage was and what he did to repair it. He explained the charges on the itemized receipt. He worked efficiently and finished the repair quickly and took care to leave the area clean. I highly recommend this company.

Recently had two plumbing jobs (installation of a bathroom fixture, repair of a toilet fixture) they were called for. Their office was quick and helpful in getting us onto their schedule.
Workman arrived right on time, completed the first job and did the second 'repair' with a simple adjustment - though we were prepared to replace a part at significant additional cost and time.
They could easily have made money from the call - but that isn't part of their "business DNA". They are always quick, fair and customer friendly.

I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've called them a few times since they have great reviews for various issues regarding my boiler, but they obviously cherry pick their jobs and have no interest in helping with my poor ancient boiler. The receptionist puts you on hold while she checks with someone if they want to take the job or not. Big thumbs down.

We called Macca Plumbing to help us as we had pipes burst during a cold spell. He came out the next day (we called on a Sunday afternoon/evening). He was not rushing and was committed to stopping the leak. He fixed 3 sections of pipe that had burst, and he had to chase it for a while as the bursts were at times behind dry wall. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

These guys saved us the day before we moved into our new home. They not only fixed the leaking bathtub that we called about. They also gave us a hand with a DIY sink installation, getting off some seriously seized washers. Without them, I think we wouldn't have finished the sink install before our move-in. I’m very disappointed to get a double quote on the same job that I had 2 quotes. I was looking for a gas line installation I received two quotes $2085 Advance plumbing & heating and his quote was a whomping $4200.
What bothered me more as when I called the front desk. “ I guess your going with Advance!”
Wow I guess they’re not in the need of future business. They must have a ton of it lined up or they don’t care what the consumer thinks.
