I did give them 5 star because they know what they are doing plus they follow up to make sure everything was resolved plus they give you 6 months warranty depending on the issue. The only issue is it was a bit pricey. But thanks for your help though I appreciate it

Joey and Jason were awesome on the hot water installation. They were here within 30 minutes of calling for help. Awesome! Nick came after for the flood restoration and spent hours trying to get my basement drained. After about six hours, he left with numerous dehumifiers and a sump pump going overnight to finish the job. His supervisors stopped to help, (Lee +1), and their help was immeasurable. All this work to do but their concern was always for my home and not tracking dirt & water throughout the rooms! Everyone was polite and courteous and even though they were here for an an issue I didn't want to have to face, they were a pleasure to have in the home!

We are beyond happy with Joseph’s service call. Our roof drain was flooding along the foundation. Joseph arrived before the service window, and quickly tested and located the buried drainage outlet. He dug it out, cut and pulled out a large tree root, flushed the debris from the drain, installed a cage and stone and repaired the excavation. He even moved some excess soil to a low spot at my request. All this in the rain, and he was friendly and cheerful. Contractors working there asked for his number. We would definitely call them again. Thank you Joseph!

I am so glad I called Roto-Rooter! Same day service, excellent customer service and Isiah and Joey were a pleasure to work with. Professional, nice and worked on my home like it was their own. I have used other plumbing companies in the past but found out today that going forward, I will always call Roto-Rooter!!

Spent a whole bunch of money on some new piping last week. Very satisfied customer. Went out to celebrate a great experience with Roto-rooter. Great night, great experience, poor choice in celebratory meals… ended up deciding on Mexican food. So along with the wonderful service Friday we also needed service on the following Tuesday. What took place is nacho-business. Let’s just say the clog got fixed and I’m happier than a chalupa.
Thank you for the great back to back service ladies and gents. I’ll know to stay away from the fajitas and pass on seconds with the queso.
If you need a great service they’re highly recommended. I’m here to taco bout it if you need to. Muy bueno!¡

My kitchen sink was backing up and the team was incredible from start to finish. They got me an appointment same day (within a matter of hours), communicated their estimated arrival time and clearly explained what was happening and how they were going to fix it. I can’t believe how good a job they did! But notonly that, Theturnaround time from when I called them Was amazing.They came right away the same day,gave me a quote and came the next day with everything they needed and did the job quickly and so efficiently. I called about a broken drain pipe, and fortunately, I was able to receive same-day service. The repairman, Josef, was so kind and explained everything, and I was very satisfied with his responsible service from start to finish.

Anthony was excellent. Very knowledgeable he let me know what options I had. Once I figured what option I was going to take Anthony went to work and fixed my sewer drain clog in a very timely manner. If you need to call Roto Rooter, please ask for Jared R. He is an awesome guy, friendly and explains everything he’s doing without making you feel stupid. He has an awesome sense of humor. We thought the drain was cleared as a lot of running water went down, but as soon as he left it backed right up again. I called immediately and he turned right around and came back. Took another hour clearing the drain and making sure it was crystal. Overall, a 5 star service. You should note that my kid put expanding spray foam in the sink so this was no easy task, but he was lighthearted about it and took care of the problem. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I know who I am calling.

Roto-Rooter was able to schedule us within an hour or so of our call for a plumber as opposed to a half dozen other companies that were putting us well into next week.Kyle was great. He came over as scheduled and checked out what needed to be done at our home, which has always been full of surprises with every bit of repair work we have ever had done. He went back to the shop to pick up the materials Needed to replace our shut off valve for the water supply from the wall plumbing to our new washing machine Which hadn’t been moved in14 years and started to leak for the first time after the new washer was installed

Kitchen sink was clogged. I called in the morning, they sent someone that afternoon. Chris was great. He helped me secure a loose pipe in the basement before tackling the problem in the kitchen. Cleared the clog and ensured the drain was totally flushed before packing up and leaving. He was very friendly and pleasant the entire time.

Disappointed in the work received. Our pipes froze, spent days calling businesses and none could come out on the weekend til we landed on Rotorooter. They were supposed to come the night before but due to the snow storm (no fault of their own) they were a day late which made a huge difference for how frozen our pipes were. After 5 hours not only were our pipes still frozen but we are now out roughly $1000 for an unresolved problem TWO WEEKS later. The technician was polite and empathetic of the situation. This company should not be having people pay as they go, payment shouldn't happen until the job is complete.
