I worked with Frank to complete 4 plumbing issues that I had in the house. He was on time, very friendly, courteous. He explained the work that was to be performed and he provided me with upfront costs so that I could see what I could do now or wait a little bit later. He took me through all the steps and the process and showed me through different points of the process so that I could see what was being done. Charlie was great. He tried his best to clear out a clog in my sewer drain. The large snake would only go so far. He said sometimes the smaller snake can get through. He lugged that one down and still hit roots from my bushes outside. We ran the camera down and verified it was a mess with the roots.nKudos to him for trying so hard so I wouldn't have to get the pipe replaced. In the end, that's what'll have to be done. Not for lack of effort. Charlie was very courteous and explained everything as he went along. I would recommend him for any job to be done and get you out of a bind that you couldn't handle yourself.

I really appreciate the quick response to my call for help on a Sunday afternoon, and the very professional and personable repair service provided by Charles.nMy call was answered by a person (not AI/voicemail) and the service was scheduled promptly within a two-hour window. I received a text when Charles was about half an hour from arriving.nAfter examining the problem, he told me what the two potential solutions would be, and the cost of each. He was able to resolve the issue with the less-expensive procedure, and gave me advice on how to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring.nI would definitely recommend Charles, and I’ve always been happy with RotoRooter as a service provider for any plumbing issues I’ve needed professional help with.

Timely , professional, courteous team,Dave and Caleb. The two of them worked together very well. Diagnosis was quick and thorough. They worked very hard. They could have made more out of it but didn’t. The faucet drain pipe was replaced and lots of elbow grease went into cleaning out the drain pipe.

My service person Joshua arrived as scheduled, was at all times professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable in clearing my sewer line. He successfully cleared the sewer line. He clearly explained to me what he found, discussed with me the work he performed and fully answered all my questions. Has a final step he asked me to run all the water in the house and he showed me with his camera that the water was flowing freely through my sewer line to the main in the street. He also provided me helpful tips for preventing sewer line blockages in the future.

Joshua came and stayed as long as it took to fix our issue. He was kind and very professional, he worked hard and definitely was focused. I was upset with what a mess this issue was in the house but when he came in he made it so stress was lifted. He was happy made jokes with the family even tried helping my daughter get her car unstuck in the snow. I called many places and local people Noone answered even when their service said 24 hr. Our drains were completely clogged. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician out to our house in less than two hours. Charles was professional and courteous. He explained everything he was proposing to do and the costs up front. He discussed the work with me as he did it. He was thorough and clean. He fixed the problem. He got the drains unclogged by snaking them. We tested everything to make sure the water (and sewage) flowed - which it did. He left the workspace clean. Charles was excellent! Based on this experience, I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Charles!
