We needed plumbing work because out tub was dripping into the basement utility room. The first plumber who came diagnosed the overflow valve gasket was broken, replaced it, and charged us for the work without ever assessing the fix. The next time we used the tub, the drip drip drip continued despite the $470 we had already dropped to fix it. I called the local number on the invoice (as instructed) and 1) no one picked up the phone, and 2) no one responded to my outreach despite me leaving the invoice number, date, my name, and my phone number. Eventually I called the corporate number and they sent out a new plumber. They did credit us the work costs of the prior visit toward the costs of the second visit. Second plumber was courteous and careful in his assessment, diagnosing the isse as water dripping down from the handle which was insufficiently caulked. I was satisfied with his work and grateful for his help, which is what saved this review from a lower star. But the effort to get there and the repeated attempts to get a response from the Bridgeport office left me unimpressed.

Since no one will tell you a price on the phone, just be aware they will clean out more than your pipes! 695.00 for 1/2 hour to snake the washing machine drain! The barely English speaking plumber said what sounded like 69.95. Only found out he said 695.00 when he handed me the invoice. Come to find out he is supposed to have me sign approval of the amount prior to service. They gave me a lousy 100 00 back. I made sure they know I will be telling everyone of my experience in VERY PLAIN ENGLISH, THEY ARE CROOKS!!

Wow! We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your emergency plumbing needs. We were in a bind as our washer/kitchen drain line was blocked. I called for a sewer back-up issue and the technician Joshua J. arrived in just under two hours. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and fixed the issue and showed and explained to me what the fix involved and did it all without leaving a mess. Highly recommend him.

Thankful for the same-day service. Great tech - quick and courteous. But - I watched what was done and the pricing for the service itself (not the fact that it was same day service) was wild for a simple extraction of a solid item stuck in the P Trap. I could have purchased the drill tool and did it myself and it would have been less than half the cost. Either way - it was a great experience but the pricing was just far outside what was expected, even for a plumbing service.

Technician was great, came out and snaked the main line. The service has gotten too expensive as I recall when it was less than 500$ I believe part of the reason is they seem to send out 20x additional service techs for related services such as "water clean-up" and this was not communicated in the original scheduling, so I had additional folks showing up at my tenant's house un-announced.

Jon, was a experienced plumber. He was very polite and conscious of his work area. He kept it neat and clean,making sure not to mark up the floor or leave any residue inside the cabinet or on the pipes.
