Fernando was a pleasure to have working in my home to replace a hot water heater yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He had to do this job alone and in a very tight and awkward space and did it all with a smile from start to finish. He also kept the area clean as he was working! My home is over 80 years old and I called Roto Rooter on Tuesday when the sewer line was backing up into my basement. All interactions from the customer service assistant, Candy, to the drain tech, Adam and his field supervisor, Matt Humphrey were very professional and courteous. Adam was at the house in less than 30 minutes from my initial call. They identified that I needed to remove the house trap which was corroded and had significant scaling. Matt provided a quote within 30 minutes. 2 days later I discovered another backup and knew the work had to be done. I emailed Matt after I placed a service call and he was able to schedule the crew to do the job on the same day. They arrived at 9 and were done by 2. The clean up was perfect and they did a great job installing the new plumbing. I am a very pleased customer

I had a terrible problem with a drain backing up through my washing machine drain pipe. Installed some check valves and nothing. Lama came in, professional, knowledgable and precise. Talking about hardworking. He knew what to do and was one with the pipe. He could already tell what the problem could probably be. I never knew roots can get into pipes. He did amazing. Helped me with getting coupons too! If you call them definitely ask for Lamar!

Professional Service – Highly RecommendednnIntroduction:nWe’ve worked with Roto-Rooter several times over the past 5+ years, and every experience has been excellent. Recently, our 50-gallon electric heat pump water heater needed replacement. We already had the warranty return authorization from the manufacturer and had selected a new 80-gallon electric heat pump water heater.nnScheduling & Communication:n- Scheduling appointments over the phone was quick and easy.n- Benjamin called 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the appointment and arrived on time.n- He inspected the area and provided practical and helpful advice.nnInstallation Process:n- Ordered the new water heater and scheduled the installation easily over the phone.n- Apolo was professional and upfront about needing a second technician, so we scheduled the install for the next morning.n- Both technicians assessed the situation together and provided a clear quote, including an auto-shutoff—no surprise costs.nInstallation took about 4 hours from arrival to completion.nnFollow-Up Service:n- Called later that evening to adjust the compressor drain line.n- The next morning, the technician spent about an hour going above and beyond, moving the PVC drain closer to the water heater for a more efficient setup.nnPros:n- Friendly, professional, and communicative techniciansn- Transparent pricing with no hidden costsn- Efficient scheduling and follow-upn- High-quality workmanship and attention to detailnnCons / Areas for Improvement:n- Minor: Forgot the second technician’s name, but that doesn’t impact service quality.
