Woke up a few weeks ago to that dreaded no heat, no hot water! I knew i just bought oil so that wasn't the issue. The guys from Rubber Duck were able to get there quickly, diagnose the problem and get it fixed as fast as could have been hoped for. They were courteous, professional, and they showed up when they said they would show up (which is more than can be said for lots of other service providers these days) and they took great care to to keep the house clean as they worked, and they did a thorough clean up when they were done! I 100% recommend them. You won't be sorry.

Though a holiday weekend, I received calls from both Joe and John about my kitchen sink issue...as I work 40 miles from home, M-F, it's difficult to be home on a weekday so a plumber was dispatched to my house.. I have used Rubber Duck twice, first was to install a water line for the fridge/replace the sink faucet. It was easy to make an appointment and were able to come quickly, there was a fee to come (which would be put towards the work, if done). Plumber was on time, courteous, they were a little pricey, but when you leave the wife home she just says go ahead. 2nd time I had a leak in the bathroom sink late Saturday afternoon, I am grateful they made an appt with me from 10-2 Sunday (an after hours fee) they get held up at a previous service stop and came around 6. I can't be too mad because we really needed it done ASAP. He was not able to fix it on the spot because the bowl had to be replaced (excessive corrosion). But they came back Monday and got the job done.

Professional honest and dedicated! Both service men Henry and Ron were experienced and truly dedicated to completing the job with no issues. Henry walked us through each step and then explained everything after it was completed. It was a big job replacing all the copper piping in the basement of a 50 yr old house. John the (boss) was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all! He was true to his word and estimate. Will definitely use and recommend in the future! Very happy customer!

Another great job. They are always polite, professional, clean and neat.
Usually able to schedule quickly. Andrew and apprentice Richard recently did two major jobs for us. Installed food disposal in sink, hooked up new sink and dishwasher and had to cut old metal pipes and reroute. Full day job!
Different day moved baseboard heat so we could open up wall and rerouted it to under sink with an automatic blower mounted in kick plate under cabinet.

I feel SO fortunate to have found this company! I had scheduled an appointment to do a seasonal tune-up on my gas burner this morning. Upon inspection, Anthony, the technician, saw that the current state of the water heater was posing a TREMENDOUS hazard. It was positioned upright in the 5’ crawl and the bottom of it was enveloped in sand, thus inhibiting ventilation of fumes. He also pointed out other violations with regard to the way in which it was hooked up, as well as the incorrect parts that were used. After speaking with his boss, Anthony gave me a very fair price. Both Anthony and Ron (a second technician) were here for 12 hours working in the crawl space to make things right for me. They dug into the sand, made a concrete platform and made a cinder block wall to allow the water heater to have proper ventilation. I’m still in awe that they got this done in one day and did a beautiful job! I DID go down there to see it. AMAZING!!!! This company takes the safety of its customers VERY seriously! Thank you guys SO much!!! I can’t recommend them enough! ☺️☺️☺️

What we thought initially was a smaller issue turned out be a much larger one and the owners Joe and John both came out and put their heads together to figure out this very complicated problem and had every guy on staff here the next day...

The team was here from morning till night, cutting out cast-iron, cutting holes in the foundation digging trenches you name it‍ but once they were gone, you wouldn't have known they were here. What looked like a war zone, lol was cleaned up and they made sure everything was up and running and working the way it was supposed to.

A very large unexpected expense BUT for the amount of work that they had to do over here, the price was actually very reasonable. The most important thing was the hands-on care, effort and concern and to quote John, "we just want to do the job the right way for you so you never have another problem".
We have used Rubber Duck many times and they stand behind their work.

(Shout out to Andrew, Master Plumber- SO knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough! A great sense of humor too!)

Toilet not working needed to be replaced. Overnigt guest arriving the next day.
Rubber Duck responded to my emergency situation whitin hours. It was determined that the toilet needed to be replaced
Within in a few hours the new toilet was installed and working perfectly, old toilet remove and taken away by Ruber Duck. Work area left clean.
Very professional, cost was reasonsble. This is the second time I used RD and will use them in the future.

I have used rubber duck, plumbing in my home on other occasions. Every Plumber they have sent me has been courteous and knowledgeable. Today I had a plumber named Isaac. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a written estimate of what my job would cost. A lovely young man and an excellent plumber. I had a problem with very low water pressure but only in the hot water line in the kitchen sink. I called at 12:45 pm, got an appointment between 4 and 8 pm the same day. Andrew the plumber showed up at 3:30 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed pronto for less than $200!

Thank goodness that I called Rubber Duck! They fixed my toilet that had leaked from the ring and waste pipe. This time I called them back to install a new bathroom vanity and dishwasher. They also found the source of my leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. That was coming from the tub and drain. All is fixed now and I am so happy.
