If I could give zero stars I would. No clue how he got some good reviews. I did not hire him, my landlord did to replace my toilet. 3 times he was supposed to be here, in the morning. First time he never showed. Then he called and wanted to come at 4 pm. Second time he said he would be here at 10 am. He got here at 230 pm. Did not let him in either time, I go to work in evenings.Third time, again no call, no show. The man can barely walk, seems to be in a daze, and confused. And what he did bring for helpers were extremely sketchy. Dude looked like he needed a fix.Stay away from Mr. Cheap.

Mr Cheap is the best most experienced plumber . I have known him many years. He is so knowledgeable and even at his age shows patience and is the most wonderful plumber. He worked on a job at my house today which took very very long but was so reasonable. 🧚‍♂️💫🌟✨⭐️🙏🥰🙋

👎🏼I called this business, it was recommended, on Thursday Jan. 19th approximately 3:30 pm. Leaky pipe. Gentlemen answered, sounded as if he was asleep. I proceeded to tell him my issue. I'll call you back in a few minutes.
😑😑I'm STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL! 🧐 I would NOT recommend Mr. Cheap!

My experience was AWFUL! I called him out for a blocked sewage line drain. He came out with his crew that night and fixed the blockage which was great, but 3 days later, on a Saturday afternoon, the blockage returned. When I called him back for his "30 guarantee" on the pipes to come back out and fix the blockage he assured me that he would be out later that evening. I called an additional 4 times, of which he never answered or returned my calls. I called Sunday morning and he assured me he would be out between 12-4. At 5:30 he finally answered his phone and said he was working elsewhere but would be over shortly. At 9:00 he assured me he was on his way... at 11 he said it was too late. He assured me he would be at my house on Monday between 10-12. He showed up right at 12, but charged us to fix the drain. I would be okay with his work IF he had answered his calls OR kept his word, but he is unreliable at best. Good luck if you actually want the work done in any form of a timely manner.

Ive called Mr. Cheap numerous times for various reasons including toilet clogs, tub clogs, even major main line blockage. Any plumbing issue is considered an emergency to the person it's happening to. Mr. Cheap also treats these situations as such. I've called them in the morning and evening; they always pick up the phone. I have never waited longer than a half hour for them to show up. Whether sweltering heat or freeing cold they show. They are knowledgeable and get the job done and quick. They also provide 30 day guarantee which they honor, even if it's your fault the problem reoccurred. (Like kids flushing wipes down the toilet). Prices can't be beat. They even give you tips to DIY if it's an easy fix so as to save you a buck. Always professional, respectful and friendly. It's hard to find an honest plumber. Mr cheap is the real deal

Small nonprofit organization. Middle of the afternoon - Needed emergency drain service. Tried some of the "bigger" companies, and they couldn't send someone out. Contacted Mr. Cheap, and they said someone would be there in an hour. A little over an hour later, service arrived and didn't leave until drain was cleared. Explained costs up front and provided status updates while work was in progress. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. And did not "price gouge" because we were in a pickle. Technician even called next day to follow up. Will be using them on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

Arrived promptly, serviced the problem efficiently, offered a warranty if anything should happen, friendly, and affordable. A few days before finding Mr. Cheap had a plumber come and he made the problem WORSE. BTW his name is Kevin from Wilingboro. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. I Will definitely use MR. CHEAP again.

If I could I wouldn't give him any star. apparently the came to do a plumbing job and at the end of the job it got worse. I don't know why it has good reviews. they do not do a proper job. stay away from them.

Took a shot in the dark and called a plumber that didn't have any internet reviews... we were so impressed we had to get the word out!

-Courteous and friendly plumber arrived promptly (after hours!!)
-Conducted a thorough inspection of plumbing system
-Cleaned up after the job was done
-Did the job for significantly less than the previous plumber (yes, we've had the same problem twice! This guy got to the root of the problem!)
-Very appreciative of our business
-Wish he did more than plumbing! I'd hire this guy for anything!
