I was at work when my upstairs neighbor alerted me something was wrong. Checking my camera, I saw him near our gas meters and shut-off valve. Turns out, the entire building lost water, likely a frozen pipe. I had to leave work early. After calling 15 plumbers, Bargotti Co. was the only one who responded quickly. They were so kind. Even though not all pipes were copper, they got creative with a torch. They worked tirelessly and when water finally flowed, I nearly cried. They saved my newly renovated ceiling and the decorative slat walls along that same pipe. Professional, fast, fair pricing, lifesavers!

This company and their service is amazing. After reviewing several companies and their client reviews, I went with my gut and it was the best decision possible.nnMom's house had a clog deep in the kitchen sink's pipes. Nothing worked that we tried. Anthony and Omar came came so quickly to check it out and with their electrical snake, they were able to dislodged and clear out the clog roughly 30ft into the pipe. They were super responsive and the issue fixed immediately - no problems since. Mom is happy and calm now. The guys were also cool in telling us why these things occur, etc., which we appreciate.nnPrice super reasonable given how quick they are to respond. They have the equipment to get it done and are super nice. Both my parents and I will be reaching out to them for any future issues. Best company and best guys out there.

Called the company over the weekend to assist a tenant with a plumbing issue; spoke with Anthony. They said they can come on Tuesday to text their number. I texted, no response. I called on Monday and they said they could no longer do Tuesday and will come Thursday between 10 AM and 11 AM. At 11 AM I called them and they said they had a last-minute emergency after I had been texting them all morning, no communication. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. A waste of my time and the tenant’s time.

We gave you timing of when we can get there however we do not put anyone on the schedule until we have the full info. We are plumbers not a company that has steady schedule We do experience emergencies however we will take our time out to write you a bad review as well thank you.
Had an excellent experience with Tom and Anthony from Bargotti. Our central AC was not cooling. I called them at 9 am and they were at the house 2 hours later and the problem fixed within an hour. Charged reasonable prices for the quick service, were professional and explained the issue, didn’t try to upsell anything—exactly what you’re looking for in a service call. Would happily recommend for your AC and HVAC needs.
Had a great experience with Bargotti Plumbing & HVAC. Anthony and Tom were super honest, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. Been working with Tom of Bargotti Plumbing and Hvac for over two years now - - since we bought our first home in Jersey City. Tom is always fast to respond, diagnosis, any quickly service any issue that arises in our home. He has helped us with problems with piping in our radiator heating system, NEST installation, getting a new water heater when our old one burst, and other problems with plumbing in our home that came up since we moved in. I called them on Friday night when I had no heat, hot water and a leak in a downpipe. They face timed with me to help me shut off the waterless tank. We recently had our AC system replaced and it was a great experience dealing with Tom @ Bargotti super friendly very honest and very fair . We got 4 quotes he wasn’t the cheapest one but we were very comfortable moving forward with them and they had many great references from around jersey city . We installed a new rheem system and it’s super quiet and nice and cool can’t stop telling friends about them because we finally got a reliable “guy”: after a couple questionable experiences.

We were very happy with the quality of the work done by Bargotti Plumbing. We needed a hot water replacement in our condo on an immediate basis. Tom stopped by to view the situation the same day that I called, on a Saturday. We had a difficult-to-source unit, but he found it and gave a quote.
