Very disappointed! Main drain line clogged. Couldnt use any water in my house. Called Benjamin Franklin first, spoke to a person took my info said a service tech would call my number and sent a confirmation text that said appointment 7-9 PM. As time passed I fought the urge to call and see where the tech was. At 9:05 I called, tech told dispatch he called twice and I didn't answer. They said they'd dispatch another. I told them not to both. I called Crissifuli same process within 5 mins a tech called said he could be there in 30 mins (it was now 9:30 PM on a Saturday night). Arrived, repaired the problem. Would never use Benjamin Franklin, call Crissifuli.

First off, I never leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to this time. I called Benjamin Franklin because whenever I used my kitchen sink, it was backing up into my downstairs bathroom. I was able to get someone out the same day which is great. However it went downhill when the tech arrived. He came in and I described the situation to him and informed him what was happening. He looked around with his flashlight and then proceeded to tell me he was really busy and didn’t have time to take care of my issue. In fact he never even took a single tool off the truck. He didn’t even attempt to fix anything. The only thing that came off the truck was the tablet when it was time to pay $215. He then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t be able to come back out for 3-4 weeks to even attempt a fix. He also told me that if I need to do dishes, I should just use my bathtub. Maybe I had a bad tech, but I will NEVER be using this company again. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Eric did a great job per usual in my newly acquired condo. The leak was located in a hard place -- difficult to diagnose, and difficult to access. The repair was made successfully WITHOUT having to break into any walls or floors. Very satisfied with that outcome.nnMost recently, today -- Feb 7 -- I woke up to discover our furnace had failed. I made the call, the tech came, found the problem -- the compressor burned out -- and was able to find and install a new compressor within three hours.
