Daryl Ellison is a life saver! Had an issue with my pipes being clogged for over 3 days. Before contacting Daryl, I got in touch with a different company that ripped me off and didn't even fix my problem ( less than 24 hrs later my basement flooded again).A friend recommended Daryl's services, and it was the best decision. I made an appointment for the company to not show up to the worksite. I called and spoke to the owner at the time of the appointment. He promised someone would show up. I waited for 2 hours for no one to call back or show up. I traveled 38 miles to have no one show up wasting my valuable time. I’ve 100% lost respect for these people. Very GHETTO and unprofessional.

I had called and made an appointment with Jake the Snake for a 2pm call for a clog in my pipe. I called at 2:30 because I still hadn’t heard from them nor seen them arrive. They finally answered the emergency line, and said they’ll call me in 10 minutes. By 3:30pm I had given up because they were no longer answering the phone. I contacted another plumber before business hours were over for the day. They finally called me back at 4:45pm and said they still had another job to get to before me and would give me a call in an hour. That phone call didn’t happen, and I couldn’t believe a business which seemed to be rated well would not even have an office receptionist contact customers to let them know an issue arose and it wouldn’t be feasible to come out that day. Very disappointed because when I called I felt confident that things would go smoothly and it did the complete opposite. Overall poor service, communication, and business. I wouldn’t recommend.

I've been using Jake The Snake for well over 20 years between myself and my father, they are reliable, high quality and great with their customers. If you have a problem these are the people to call, I would highly recommend using them for any of your septic or sewer problems.

JAKE the Snake - NOT Nate the Snake - is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I paid another drain cleaner 4 times in 2 months to get rid of a root. HE finally gave me Jake’s number to call to fix it. Jake came and fixed it for once and for all!!! And he used a camera to see the problem Jake is the best drain cleaner in the New Haven area. I know cause I’ve tried them all. And don’t be fooled by Nate the Snake, he’s an imposter capitalizing on Jakes name and slogan. Shameless!!! Highly recommend Jake.

Mr. Jake the snake professionally calmed my nerves after having a backup in my main sewer drain.. He couldn't come out that night however assured me that he would be here in the morning, and that is just what he did along with his partner Mr. Roosevelt...
